A very kind polish man came out to my car with me, looked at it for a second and then went into the shop to grab a couple things. He returned and quickly buffed out the side of the car, no questions no anything. His only words "No Charge, have a good day". And that was that. For the price of a handshake, my car was as if nothing had ever happened. He could have honestly said that the clear coat was scratched and duped me into a couple hundred bucks....but he didn't. If I ever need any of the services that Derek's offers, they have my business from here on out, period. 10 Stars
