Let me start by saying I completely neglected to take before pictures (mainly because I thought my husband had) so I don't have a before and after. I have a 2016 SUV. Got into an accident. My front driver's side light was shattered, that whole part needed to be replaced. There was a gap in the hood from the impact that pushed the front panel into the driver's side door, so every time I opened the door there was a popping sound from the 2 parts rubbing together. Since I was there I also had him look at another part of my car that needed repair (the paint has cracked down to the sheet metal and began to rust). Eddie gave me a firm and reasonable quote for everything, $4500 (right quarter panel and door, rear bumper, left fender, headlight, front bumper, and replaced the right headlight so I wouldn't have an old one and new one). Caliber Collision gave me a $6000 estimate that was contingent on what they might find once they opened it up, basically telling me the price most likely could go up. Not gonna lie, I was nervous. I solely chose this shop based on reviews, but Eddie and Rene were professional, knowledgeable and nice. I felt like my car was in good hands when we left. I dropped it off on a Saturday and Eddie said it would be done by the following Friday, AND IT WAS! When I got my car back she looked brand new, they even washed, waxed, and vacuumed her out. i took my car here after getting into an accident when someone hit the passenger side of my car. i went to a few places to get estimates and they said the damages would cost about $7k-10k. i called Rene's to see if i could come in person to get an estimate (no appointment required) and he told me they would be able to repair it for the half the price and that it would look brand new. i put my trust in them to get the job done and gave them the keys the same day. i was right to trust them! no mickey mouse work, no scamming, just professionalism and quality service. it took about two weeks and when i called to ask for an update, he was so quick to respond and was very kind and patient. they do amazing work and i'd come here again for other services since they're amazing. thank you again!!!! read more

I totally recommend this shop!! My front end bumper was pulled off in a parking lot due a parking stop it was caught on (my doing). Found these folks open on a Sunday and had it towed in. I needed a whole new front bumper and I had got some other miscellaneous work done as well that I needed from other nicks and dings I had on the back bumper and side. The work took 5 days (very fast) and the price was great!! The car came out great!! These folks are open SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, which was definitely a huge plus! OK so I went there for an estimate free estimate that's posted outside it doesn't have any clause like if we have to take parts off to do that or is the rate we're gonna charge you if we ask you to leave your car here we're gonna charge you nothing OK so these motherfuckers I left my insurance information my claim you know waiting for my estimate and they started working with my insurance company already trying to get whatever they had approved OK instead of just doing the estimate and letting me know so I could turn it in to my insurance company right where they could turn it in so I would I never give permission for them to do the work so what 33 days later four days later my insurance company says we owe it's been approved what's been approved I never so today I try to go get my car I'm like you know what I'm a go pick up my car cause I'm gonna take it somewhere else for a second opinion oh no no where were you working on the wheel parts who told you to buy parts who told you to fix it I had to go there with a cop so they could I'm gonna pick up my car tomorrow they don't wanna put the door back they want to put it back together they are piece of shit I will never recommend that place they're scammers and then when it signed a paper and put my information and insurance information for the estimate they said today when I went to get my card that I signed a paper where I gave them permission to start working on my car I was like no that paper only had my signature my address insurance information and name nothing else no bill no nothing no no oh you can work on my car you can fix it for me you're gonna you're the one that are going to fix it for me all I went was for an estimate and the guy said leave the car here so I could takeoff the door so I can send for the estimate and then today he wanted to charge me for taking out the door charge me for having my car there and he wasn't putting my car back together again and that was after I took the police there and they said well there's insurance company sending the check and if it gets lost it's not her fault I like the fuck fucking people so I called my insurance I told him I never approved I never said that I wanted to get itFixed there all I wanted was an estimate. This is the best place to bring your car! He goes above and beyond! I brought him my Prius right after we got into an accident and got T boned by another driver. My car was stiff since the back tire was hit and I couldn't open the door. The drivers insurance paid and told us to take it to whichever body shop we'd like. We wanted to take my car to a body shop we knew we could trust, we looked on yelp and his body shop was just around the corner from our house so we decided to give it a go. I spoke to the manager Gilbert on Monday to get a quote for 4 tires He gave me one price of $460, I asked if that's everything included, he said yes. I called to make sure that the disposal fee was included and then talked to his supervisor angel who then told me the price would be better at $416. I just 30 minutes to come to the shop to get new tires and then theyA BAIT AND SWITCH Telling me that there's an additional alignment and balancing fee. I asked "I asked for everything on the phone included everything" Angel said yes out the door $416. Then I called this morning to make sure I could get my new tires . Angel the supervisor wasn't there and Gilbert said it would take 10 minutes, which then after he spoke to him said 30 to 40 minutes. They were not able to give me the price that they quoted me on the phone so I just wasted one hour round-trip on this stupid company!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!! Make sure you get a time date and notary when they give you a price!!!! This time, however, my bf scratched a pole while trying to park but it was pretty bad lol. We went to other places and their estimates were RIDICULOUS and overwhelming. He went to Rene's for an estimate and the price was less than HALF of what several other places claimed. And after deciding to just leave the car there to repair, a worker even DROVE HIM HOME. I backed my brand new $98k BMW 7series into the garage door (having two young kids causes your brain to tire out) and needed a reliable yet inexpensive place to fix my trunk as going through insurance was not an option. After yelping around, I came across Rene's Auto Body and decided to stop by for an estimate. The price was very reasonable so I decided to go forward with him. So as others have mentioned, there is a substantial language barrier, so come prepared either in the form of google translate on your phone, or knowing action words that will help Rene understand what you want done. But then again, seeing the damage, he will be able to assess. I am very cautious when it comes to my car, and wanted to make sure he fully covered my car with plastic to avoid overspray and to make sure he double checks the color code with me as my car has very unique paint. As promised the car was ready in 3 days, and it came out PERFECT. Not a single discrepancy or signs of Mickey Mouse work. At first I thought this was a body shop suited for small jobs, but clearly they are capable of much more. I also noticed that he was the one working on it and not a foreman. This place is very honest, kind, and professional. Also a big plus is their open days and hours. It was one of the few places that accommodated to my busy work life. I ran my car into some wooden crates and cracked the garnish part. I bought the part at a dealership and looked for places that could fix it. The car is only a few months old so i didn't want to tear down the bumper myself as i would have with my older cars. At first he quoted me 80 for the labor. I agreed and he fixed it very quickly. When i got back to pay, he changed the price to 70 because it actually took him less time that what he initially thought it would take. That is the kind of honesty i look for in a person.
