We did not see any fire, but we smelled something burning! Our power went out to the furnace but we still had electricity. So we pulled the fuse on, only we could smell smoke. So we called Shawn and Jeff, Shawn came out immediately on a Sunday afternoon! He discovered we wires were burnt and could not use our furnace until they repaired! We are blessed to have heaters in our 5 ceiling fans They ordered the supplies and immediately on Monday Jeff came out to restore our furnace we were extremely pleased with the service we were given we told all of our friends and put it on Facebook These young gentlemen are extremely polite, kind, and clean up the mess Nice! I had looked around in the attic several years ago and recognized some glaring insufficiencies in…read morethe insulation after furnace and AC technicians pointed them out. David was very polite and receptive to my questions and concerns before he inspected the attic. He reiterated the problems I already knew about and estimated the installation 20% lower than several other insulation installers. My wife had researched some of what seemed to be an unrelated roof/gutter problem which I conveyed to the installers when they showed up to do the work. I asked if they minded that I take a look around in the attic after they had finished. They said that they always ask customers to take a look after they finished. The attic looked afterwards as I had hoped it would. Without exaggeration, the condo felt more comfortable before they even left. The next day the temperatures dropped to near zero over (much of the country) and the condo remained comfortable with the furnace/AC air mover running MUCH less. The insulation material was some sort of cellulose material that David assured me was not attractive to insects, avians, or rodents (except possibly squirrels) and was fire-resistant. David told me the name of the stuff, but I forget it.

Just this week Jason and his help, Caleb from the electrical side replaced and upgraded our full electrical board. Everything is running perfectly and the old, fire-hazard electrical board that we had is gone along with our worries. Couldn't be happier with the service or the value for the money. Peace of mind is truly priceless but we didn't have to break the bank to get it. Thanks Allen for another job well-done.

I intentionally only gave Alex and the Fellowship team descriptions of the problem, but none of the theories from the other company. Alex was able to locate the issue and show me exactly what it was in under 10 minutes. While they didn't have the needed part in stock, they were able to get a temporary fix in place so we were not without A/C during the peak of summer and returned to fix our unit as soon as they received the part from the distributor 3 business days later. At no point in the process did they try to upsell me, and they were very transparent about the cost of parts for the repair, and the potential complications that could lead to more or less labor cost on the final bill. Alex himself was very friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC assistance. They strike the unicorn balance of value, expertise, and service quality.
