There were so many options to choose from! The place is super cute inside. Plenty of seating for big groups and so many options and supplies. It was such a great experience all around. From selection of our item to paint, all the helpful hints and great selection of colors, stencils and ideas. I will definitely be back! I called the number and asked if they had any availability for the two of us and the lady on the line was very helpful on getting our reservation. Upon arrival we were directed to wash our hands with soap and water, then we could proceed to choose our item that we wanted to paint. We'd let the lady know what we were interested in painting and they'd rinse the item with water. They showed us all the colors of paint and instructed us on how many coats of paint we'd need to brighten the color. After we completed, we gave wrote down our number and less than a week later. They came out wonderful! The cost was more than understandable for the items to paint, colors, and quality of service. We had an amazing time and will for sure be back again!

The whole store was full of 40-50% off summer craft items as well. No employee that walked by me while I was searching for items stopped to ask if I needed help. I did stop one employee to ask where something was and she briskly pointed me to the potential isle, then walked off instead of walking me to the item. Overall customer service can be better, it seems good customer service is a thing of the past these days. They have 4 banks of self checkout kiosks and 1 human manned register.

I avoid plastic (polyester/nylon) like the plague!!!! I got a sweet white fabric with little chicks embossed on it. I usually frequent Hobby Lobby or Walmart for fabric but if I have the extra penny I will be going out of my way to start frequenting the cloth carousel now!!!!

That, along with his professionalism and artist's eye sold me on having him frame my picture. He helped me choose a mat and frame that would draw the eye to the picture, and he replaced the glass with a high quality alternative that does not break. When I picked up the painting, I was was beyond happy with the result. It is so beautiful! It is a family heirloom, and will now get passed down to the next generation. I'm relieved to know the painting is protected and will hang on my niece's wall for years to come.
