Work was started on my project in February 2025 and is still ongoing 14 months later in April of…read more2026. I was promised a 4 to 6 week start to finish on this job. Juan's and his workers were rude and incompetent. Juan was often rude and one time was actively hostile and acted like he wanted to fight me. Juan's workers told me they had never done floors before. His workers continuously made mistakes (not cutting the flooring correctly, they had to buy extra materials because of mistakes, not using the correct tools, hiding mistakes, causing more damage, spilling stain in my concrete , not cleaning up their messes, leaving front door open three times when they left), they were often hours late or would not show up at all while I waited around all day with no one following up with me, eventually Juan avoided all my texts and calls as well as Broughtons. Juan was openly hostile on one instance acting like he wanted to fight after he had to fix a damage that did to my counters I had told Broughton numerous times that I was uncomfortable with Juan and his workers because of all the incidents but he said Juan had already been paid so Juan needed to fix the work. Broughton told me there would be no further payments needed from me if we continued to use Juan's company to finish and we only partially fixed mistakes and didn't have to redo the entire flooring and baseboards and I didn't leave a bad review, BBB complaint or complain to the insurance company or the owners of the company. Broughton later had told me that Juan had been lying to him and Juan stopped returning his calls then Broughton stopped responding to my texts and calls so after 2 months of no contact I reached out to other companies for estimates to fix the job that AllKlean had not finished. If Broughton and Juan were fired why did no one from All Klein ever contact me? Even during and after I hired the Idaho handyman to repair some of the work that left damages to my house, no one from AllKlean ever contacted me to check up or follow up. Broughton left the job unfinished and my new floors, baseboards etc damaged, with material left in my garage taking up needed space, my bathroom was left with the sink and toilet unattached for months until I hired someone to make my bathroom usable and my furniture in the garage or out of place because there was no flooring or damaged flooring in parts of my house. I hired the Idaho handyman to finish the job since no-one from AllKlean Klean would call me back and fix these issues, who said they can only do a "Bandaid" repair the replace entire flooring and baseboards to complete the job properly. The employee of the Idaho Handyman who did repairs wife works in AllKleans billing department. 3 other companies that came that give me a estimate to complete the job that AllKlean was supposed to do said it the entirety of the floors and baseboards and bathroom sink had to be replaced to fix properly. In October 2025 I received a final bill even though the work was not completed. I called and told the female in the billing department that answered the phone that work was not done. She put me in touch with the person that took over for Broughton. This person told me not to pay anything until after he and the GM came out and inspected the work that was done and both he and the GM would come to my house to inspect the job. Neither he nor the GM came out or called me to inspect the floors etc.. I called back after a week of not hearing from anyone and was told by a female from the billing department that she couldn't get ahold of the person in charge of my account but she would leave a message for him to call me. I never received any sort of correspondence from anyone regarding my job until the end of April 2026 where I received yet another bill saying that the work was completed (it's not complete after more than a year). I called Stephanie from the billing department and explained to her what was going on. She apologized and put me in touch with the guy that is charge of my job. I told him what was going on and he said that both him and the GM would come out this week to inspect the job. Which ironically is exactly what was told to me in October of 2025 and no one ever reached out to me or came by then. I understand that both Juan and Broughton were fired for the incompetent work they did. Since Broughton was fired why did no one from AllKlean ever reach out to me to regarding my job? I received no voice mails or emails or texts from anyone other than the billing department since Broughton was fired. I talked to the new person that replaced Broughton to oversee my job twice in the 8 or so months since Broughton was fired and both times it was I that reached out to him both times after I received bills that the job was done when it isn't done.

We had a leak inside our wall from a split air conditioner condenser line that had broken inside…read moreour wall. We had AllKlean come out based on the reviews. From the moment the salesman they sent our started talking, I could tell he wanted this to be a much bigger job. Since it wasn't going to cost more than a few thousand for the mitigation, a few thousand more for reconstruction and the mini split wouldn't be covered anyway, we decided not to file a claim and took them up on the 0% for 12 months loan. At the time I advised the salesman (Tyler Fox) that I had a preferred company for the new mini split and did not want to use the subcontractor he suggested due to a previous negative experience. He assured me that would be no problem as long as my preferred company would agree to subcontract under AllKlean that way they could use the funds from the loan to pay the subcontractor. He also gave me his card and assured me he would be available if I had any concerns. THAT WAS AUG. 9TH. The mitigation was completed Aug 13th. I was told that Blake from reconstruction would be contacting me within a day or 2 to schedule the reconstruction ( 2ft by 6ft hole in my upstairs hallway? about 20 square ft of flooring replacement, 2 new pieces of trim and a can light replacement downstairs with about a 12 inch area of ceiling that needs to be texture matched). I never recieved a phone call from anyone in reconstruction. I signed off on my bid for a new mini split on Aug. 15th. I never heard back from them to schedule the install. I called Tyler Fox on the 20th to find out why no one had contacted me and we had been waiting almost 2 weeks in 100 degree heat and no AC when our chosen subcontractor had said that once we signed the quote, they could get us scheduled within a couple of days. I never got a call back from Tyler or anyone else at AllKlean. I then called the subcontractor and was told they had reached out to Tyler to schedule payment for the minisplit and were told he would not approve those funds until the reconstruction team had finalized their bill. There was enough available credit to pay 3 times what the reconstruction should cost. There was absolutely no reason not to pay the subcontractor. So, now he will not answer calls or emails from me or the subcontractor. We have tried several times. I have also called into the main office several times since The 20th to try to get this resolved as the top floor of our house is extremely hot and we just want that ac unit to be installed. After complaining that I still hadn't heard from the construction team more than a week after I had been told they'd contact me, Blake finally called me back to schedule a consultation on Thursday the 21st. I told him the most important thing was to get a new minisplit because we'd been miserable in the heat. He said they had to complete the construction work so they could make sure there was enough left on our loan. I pointed out that the available credit after the mini split would still be more than double what the construction costs and we wanted to get the split installed ASAP. He had 0 sense of urgency and no compassion for the fact that the heat was making our house unusable except in our primary where we have a windows unit. I got 2 quotes from other contractors that were less than 1/2 what Blake was saying the minimum would be and decided just to pay a different contractor cash for the reconstruction. I called to cancel my appointment with Blake on Friday the 22nd. Someone in customer service (Hannah I believe) assured me that I would get a call back by end of business Friday. I did not. I then sent Tyler Fox an email Friday night detailing how unhappy I am and why, requesting that the loan funds be used to pay the subcontractor and letting him know I will not be working with Allklean for the reconstruction. I waited all day Monday.and today and still have not recieved any type of response from Tyler, Blake. From the get go it has felt like Tyler was trying to find additional things to charge me for/pad the bill and when I gave pushback, all communication stopped. Am I being hustled here? That is how this feels. I know thos is a small job and the commission is probably pretty small but that doesn't mean I should be treated like an inconvenience and ignored. And the incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional way that Tyler has delta with the subcontractor is really problematic in my opinion and I think that they will be hesitant to do business with Allklean in the future. I called 3 times today and even left a vm on the owner's wifes line. I contacted someone I know who is an employee saying hey I just need a callback. He forwarded my message to Skyler his boss and that was several hours ago. I didn't want to leave this review as I hate to do that to a local company. But people should be warned as this situation could not have been handled worse.

I really don't know where to start. We were out of our home for 7 months due to smoke-no flames,…read moreno fire in walls etc. When we returned to our house our nightmare began. First I had 4 VERY expensive pieces of clothing completely ruined. I had a merino wool jacket washed and dried. It would not fit a 10 year. old now. When I complained I was actually told that they had an employee that did not look at labels-just threw everything in the washer and dryer. Until fall of 2023 we lived in AZ so this jacket was worn at the most 4 times. It was $338. FRSTeam is giving me about 1/2 that amount. The other 3 pieces ruined by same method-dry clean only was washed and dried. My Crate & Barrel dining table did not have a scratch on it and was returned with about a 4 inch long and 1/8 inch deep gouge. It hs been me and my husband for almost 30 years and we take care of our things. FRSTeam took it back to their "master" furniture repairman. When they brought it back it looked pretty good until the light hit it. You can see where the "master" sanded the table down in the area of the gouge and when he refinished it ,he painted the finish on so that 1/4 section of the table is shiny, shows brush scratches. My dresser likewise did not have a single scratch and was returned with an inch wide chip out of it. Daily I am finding more furniture problems. Today I found an antique art deco wardrobe a big chip out of the front of it. Bekins Moving moved all our furniture from AZ to Idaho without a single scratch. These are only a few of scratches and gouges we have seen. When talking to the CEO about compensation for my 4 pieces of clothing she said for me to tell what I needed in compensation. What I asked for was only about $400 higher than what they offered me but a couple of days later I got a check from them for the $1200 they had originally offered. I was also told by the owner that she has spent way too much time on this-Uh--that is her responsibility and job. She also told me that accidents happen-then I have had more than my share of "accidents" rather carelessness and disregard for people's belongings. We are retired and bought these things when we both were working. They are items we cannot afford to buy in retirement. They are also items that cannot be replaced. My 4 pieces of clothing are no longer available as is our dining table, antique wardrobe, and bedroom set. It is odd that Bekins was able to move all of these things over 1500 miles with no "accidents". The owners lack of concern and her apathy is appalling. When they were ready to return my 2 pieces of furniture after the "master" had "fixed" them, I got a call from a woman at their corporate office and was told that I had to agree to the compensation for my clothing before they would return my furniture. Yes, holding my furniture hostage over $400. All of that being said, the workers are very nice people. The management is the problem. Had I read reviews before this company was hired I would have told my insurance company to go with another company. If you have such a situation, go with Belfor in Spokane. They do restoration as well. They were our contractor and they are great. What a nightmare.

My Home owners sent a estimator to see damage mold had done to my kitchen and I wanted an all in one company that had a stellar reputation and local not a big franchise. I got caught up during the unfortunate Burkes family buyout. I checked their website out before hand and read the about us, talking about the business and also had all the employees names proudly displayed with all the great service they provided over the decades. That does not exist anymore and all the pics & reviews are old from the original owners interaction with satisfied customers. Around the first of July I had mold remediation done and my entire kitchen was gutted, my beautiful tile floors were jackhammered out, my stove, my dishwasher everything is gone only the upper cabinets remain. They do not communicate they promise to call never follow up or anything. It took over 2 months for them to submit their bill to my homeowners insurance for the outrageous price of over $6000 after I complained. I was promised a make shift kitchen sink for the interim to wash dishes, that never materialized as the months went by. I have been using my wash room down strains with the washer and dryer sink to hand wash our dishes and have them dry out on both washer and dryer with a towel to rest on. I then start making some progress and I now move on to having my kitchen finally being put back together and then telling me we cant match your kitchen lower island with the rest of the perfectly fine oak upper cabinets that was saved and covered up out of the way seriously! Well were experts and contractors we know how to talk with your insurance company and get more money. Who talks like that. I then say I want workers who can speak English so I can communicate with them if that may be the case, again your dealing with contractors and do not have your interest at heart. What's the big deal If I ask that question, it's my home and I control the budget. I had this experience down south so I am dealing with contractors who outsource out to the lowest bidder. Guess what! I hurt their woke sensitive feelings and they abandoned my family totally dropped our family in need and desperation so we can have our kitchen back, totally incredible, say I need to communicate with my doctor on open heart surgery (Kitchen) and cant communicate with me just only smiles at me. What would you do on breach of contract and lied to for months? What happened to the customer is always right huh. I reported these hustlers to my home owners insurance company and be forewarned. They don't care one bit about you only the money, there rotten to the core. The original Burkes would have never ever treated there customers like this period. This is the difference between family run and corporate run Look elsewhere do not use these clowns as they are like Kryptonite to superman.

Bob and his assistant got everything cleaned up, demo'ed the flooring and made sure things were set up for drying. in the next couple of days, we had steady communication with Robin to figure out next steps. we didn't end up involving insurance, but Robin was ready to get them included for us if need be. in the end, the value of our experience far exceeded the bill. the attention to detail, the expediency with which they were on site and the sheer volume of knowledge Bob, Robin & their team have in their little finger created an environment of calm and competency. if you find your home in need of being rescued, I could not encourage you more to reach out to Rescue Restoration!

Rescue Restoration swooped in and saved the day for us after our basement flooded and the con-artists known as Servpro "completed" dry out and demolition. We told Servpro never to return, and invited Rescue Restoration in to finish the job. They found that Servpro actually completed neither the dry out OR demo properly, then proceeded to make everything right as rain in a very timely manner. All facets of the deal and work couldn't have been more professionally handled - their communication and work is absolutely first rate. The owners, Bob and Robin, are some of the nicest folks one could hope to work with, and Tom, the repairman, did a fantastic job on the re-construction. Their quote was very reasonable, and I know that Bob went out of his way to save us as much possible without sacrificing quality. My wife and I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else for a restoration job in the future. I'll be eternally kicking myself for calling Servpro first (I did just because they are a huge name in that line of work). Make these guys your first call when disaster strikes and you'll be in very good hands.
