My service was on Friday and on Monday I got a "your account is 3 days past due" message. I had to cancel my credit card a while back, which was set up for autopay on the account. Today they called FOUR times in less ONE minute while I was working. I answered during work to make it stop. I took a break and called back, the operator said, "your reason for cancelling is because you got calls about an past due account". No I get that you sprayed 10 days ago just seems overboard to do a payment shakedown on a service six business days later. Especially when I've never missed a payment.

We had a small puppy that died from Chagas Disease from "kissing bugs". I called them up and they were out within a day or 2 and treated our home/yard. They have also managed to keep our yard flea free! We have them come out every other month and have been very happy with them. Their prices are very reasonable as well. We transferred from ABC Termite to Scorpion Pest Control LLC. Our technician "Tyler" was great as he explained everything he was doing and was thorough with his explanations which helped myself in understanding what he was doing and spraying. He sprayed on the grass (fully - front and backyard), Powdered the Eves and Windows of the house, Powdered the Loop Holes around the house, Sprayed in our Garage, Sprayed inside the house on all of the baseboards, under the sinks (bathroom's and kitchen), Sprayed baseboards inside of the whole house (bedrooms, living room, kitchen, office, etc...). This company is very thorough with their sprays and even put some glue traps in the garage to keep critters away from coming into the house through the garage door or main door to the house. Their service is great. They are also able to work with your schedule. I called them yesterday and was able to get Tyler here today 05.31.2023 @ 9:00am. They say they leave your attic and die in the outdoors. They put a bait trap in the attic, which is not advisable. They do not proactively communicate, but the consumer has to contact them every few weeks to schedule a check of the bait traps. 2 weeks ago I asked them to do the hardwire of entry points. They said they would have the owner contact me to do it, but I have not heard back. I have had to hire another company to do that important step.

He gave me an up-front estimate, which seemed fair. He asked for a 50% deposit, which (based on past reviews) also seemed fair. The first workday, he arrived then left because of weather: it was a bit misty but not actively raining. Each day, he arrived at around 11 am. I told him up front that our HOA is very strict and that the lights must be professionally installed. Halfway through, there were cords dangling making it appear unsightly. I told him again that we want all cords hidden. At the end of it all, there were still cords dangling in several places, easily visible a casual observer. Additionally, while Govee recommends their lights be 2 to 4 inches from the wall, he installed them at least 10 inches from the wall, making for a muted and dimmed light show. In the end, we were very disappointed and had to hire a second contractor to uninstall his work and then reinstall the lights correctly. If you need Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights installed, look elsewhere. I cannot speak to any other work he John does.
