They do great professional work. You can work with them in person, which I did when I started. They have a wide variety of paper options and can talk you through them. If there is anything fishy with your order, and I mean anything (one time there was a tiny dot in a field of solid color they asked if I wanted removed), they will immediately call and see how you want to proceed. You get updates every step of the process and you can pick up or have your order delivered which has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. Which is an absolute lie, I used to work at Unique Copy Center back in the days, been in printing for half of my career life, and laughed at this. Luckily PIM got me a sweet deal for 14 pts for 75 bucks, also all other price quotes were 80-110 dollar range. Stay away from this price gouging printer place.

Just handed it and the prints were completely out of order so I had to sit there and sort them myself to figure out what order they are in and the person who printed them just watched me. I also had an interview the next morning and they finished just before closing, so I had to go in with a pixelated portfolio which in fashion can 100% cost you the job. I am really upset that I wasted my money, I wanted better quality and service than staples so I went here but it is actually better at staples which is pretty low on the scale of printing.
