My partner's therapist didn't even do her legs! Completely said "Sorry, I ran out of time." This is a 60 minute massage and you don't have a basic structure? It's frustrating spending money on a service that isn't fully completed. When we told the front desk she was apologetic but just suggested coming back and they would let us do it again at a new client rate - which I don't think is satisfactory for the problem.
