On the day of the job, Junior and his crew arrived on time and went to work right away. They worked hard and quickly and were able to do the job in a day and a half. I feel that you can tell a lot about a company by talking to the person who answers the phone. Amber quickly inspired confidence in my choice of choosing this company to contact. She answered the phone immediately, was professional and listened to me carefully. She set up an appointment when Tony could visit. And she explained Tony would text me the day of the appointment with the window of time he would be arriving. Love organized and efficient. As per his word, Tony texted me and gave me a 4 to 5:00 p.m. window and showed up on time. For the next hour Tony evaluated the situation by getting a very close look at the problem area. He then went up into the attic for a closer inspection. When he came back he had pictures on his phone and explained what was going on. As it turns out there is an open area in the roof where rain water can get in. This likely created the spot that has now formed. He said it was fixable and would send me an estimate via email. If I agreed with the estimate, I would be added to his schedule. (Luckily this is a very slow leak and the ceiling spot is small.) Tony was professional, knowledgeable, and I was very pleased with choosing him out of many other people. The estimate was received the next morning! I absolutely felt it was fair and reasonable. He is a popular guy. I have a month's wait. As an aside: My neighbor was present during Tony's visit. He was so impressed with Tony that he asked for his business card. I had a project that I've been putting off for a long time to change our our backyard. We wanted to put turf down for our dogs and clean up some out of control growth. Like anyone should I got multiple quotes. Let's just say, Andy DESTROYED the 3 other quotes I had received for this. Andy's quote was so good, I was skeptical of the work that would be done. Now here is where I will agree with some of the reviews, the response is a bit lacking with Andy, but thats via email, you want to get connected, phone/text is the way. From quote to work this entire project was done in a couple of weeks. The backyard looks amazing, like it's a completely different house. Andy's team was professional, fast, and some of the most hardworking guys I've met. Andy was here with them putting in work as well. Someone recommended getting the panels cleaned. I saw a sign for Sierra Maintenance leaving our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. Excellent company, which I will refer to others as well as use again next year.
