I called Sutton Paving & Construction Inc. located in Clarence Center, NY and they came out the next day and provided a reasonable quote. How their work is completed is more important than a reasonable quote. This firm completed the work a few days after my call and did such a professional job my neighbors are asking for their number. Brandon who oversaw the project, insured that work was completed as specified on the quote. His customer service and the finished project set a benchmark in the paving and construction business.

Once here - technician tried to plunge the sink - which I had already done - he them determined the clog was in the sewer line - which I told him this on his arrival - he said it would be $499 to unclog the sewer line - silly me - I thought that would be the entire cost - it wasn't - $650 some dollars later the task was completed - when I said I would pay by credit card - I was told it would be an additional 5% - there is not a credit card company in the world that charges a 5% surcharge - so.......I pay by check - would I recommend this company - NO - NO - NO they are a total RIP OFF ! Plumbing gets a 5, cement work 3…read more For the plumbing service I dealt with Ed P. and the work was done by Leo and Joe, who did the complete job in a day. They dug from back downspot to street, laid new piping, added stone by street and backfilled the dirt. Excellent. The cement side was a different issue. I dealt with Ed R. The cement work is subed. When the crew came to dig up the sidewalk I saw on ring camera that they did not remove one of the contracted pads (they were supposed to do 4 pads but only did 3). I contacted Ed R. while they were still at my house. Later that day the three pads were cemented in. That part of sidewalk was well done (even if not all pads were done). A month later a new crew came to dig up the fourth pad, they did mine and the neighbors. Horrible job. They stomped all over my new grass, The new pad near my other ones was too high so they leveled it down the last three inches but you can notice that it's not level, the pads by the grass are sloped down (maybe they didn't pour enough cement), not very smooth surface, and when they cleaned up they did it by my decorative curb (leaving stains on it). Communicaton with Ed R. was lacking.
