My wife and I tried whatever we could do to unclog it, and just couldn't figure out why. We ended up calling around and trying to get general estimates. Depending on the task at hand, Bruce gave us the most reasonable quote and we decided to go with him. He was very responsive online and available the same day. Some of the plumbers had given us dates that were well into the following week, and almost twice the price. When Bruce arrived, he made sure he kept the work area clean, worked on our sink, and after we found out that the job needed was worse than we had initially thought, he encouraged me to look around in case I didn't want to go with him. The new project included sawing off the existing galvanized pipe to the laundry sink, which was severely clogged with corrosion and sediments, and having it replaced with PVC pipe she is replacement. We decided to go with him for the new job and he completed it quickly, with quality products, and at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend using this company for any house related tasks including plumbing.

My hot water tank wasn't working and I was really hoping it was just that the pilot light was out. I called Sutton Paving & Construction Inc. located in Clarence Center, NY and they came out the next day and provided a reasonable quote. How their work is completed is more important than a reasonable quote. This firm completed the work a few days after my call and did such a professional job my neighbors are asking for their number. Brandon who oversaw the project, insured that work was completed as specified on the quote. His customer service and the finished project set a benchmark in the paving and construction business.

Then when he came he showed me the what the price would be. So I'm thinking he's going to give me the royal treatment for that price $700. NO! I was wrong. First he tried to run the snake in by hand. And clearly it wasn't working. So I asked why not use the machine. He says it was broken and he had to run get another one. Over an hour into the job that I thought would've been half hour hour at the most. He comes back at the little over two hour mark puts the snake in again and again he's trying to do it by hand. WTF! So I ask about the machine again then he sets it up but feeding the snake in the machine from the wrong end. So I tell he this and he corrects it. Smdh. Then he only put in 30' of snake. So I ask what if the blockage is further down the line then that. And he gives me the BS that he hit it when he was doing it by hand. So finally got lucky so I thought at the three hour mark. And of course I had to call them back the next day for the same issue. For 700 damn dollars they should've ran the snake to the street or at least ran a camera through the line. I lived in Michigan and for the same job would've ran less $200. I won't be calling them or suggesting them to anybody!!!!! After writing this review I was contacted by someone in the company to discuss my bad experience. From what I gather I didn't have a bad company just a bad technician. I am glad to see that the company cares about its reputation and that we came to a resolution. For that I gladly change my rating.

After speaking with Nicholas (the owner), he gave us a quick and reasonable price. He he explained our options and even told us a tree that we thought needed to come down would probably bounce back after other dead trees around it were removed. He could have easily made some extra money by taking it down but was more concerned with saving a tree. We really appreciated that. The work took a day and a half to finish though they were also working next door so may have actually taken less time. This included removal of 1 tree, major trimming of 2 trees, both that were hanging on our roof, and the removal of a large pile (a real mess) of old wood piled in our yard. They completed the job beyond of satisfaction! The yard was left cleaner than when they started and even trimmed a couple extra branches on other trees without us asking. The entire crew was hard working, very conscious, neat, polite, and friendly. I would highly, with no hesitation, recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.
