When a missing hardware request was submitted, a rep named Amy E. initially attributed the inconsistency to the manufacturer and essentially dismissed my claim. But I was able to talk to a rep named Joe who took my dilemma forward to a supervisor and they made good to provide the brackets. Shouldn't have had to work this hard to get what was advertised but grateful to Joe and Ecklers for finally taking responsibility.

The problem was the two front bucket seats had already been upholstered. I asked if I could send just the Backseat back since it was the wrong one. (Pay cash if you can so you don't get charged a small percentage if you put it on your card) They saved me about $300...plus the great customer service made the 30 minute drive from West Seneca worth it. I did try to deal with Schaub Equipment in West Seneca since they are just 5 minutes away from me. I will never again step foot in that place. After talking with the text that Reviva and consulting with local technicians, we were able to determine that the cars was due to improperly installed copper cups in the head. We had those replaced and the engine ran great. I contacted the warranty department to see if they could cover some of the cost incurred. The warranty department has yet to respond.
