They are so incredibly overpriced for what they provide. The last time three years ago, I had the…read morecartridge replaced for a Moen shower. It was $180 including the cartridge. Looking online the cartridge is $36 Levine charge $525 for the service. I felt trapped because they had already shut everything down, and pulled the cartridge out, so the house was without functioning water. The total repair time spent by Levine technician was 45 minutes from the time he walked in the door to the time he left. So they think it's OK to charge roughly $700 an hour for their time. I am writing this review to warn anybody considering Levine for their plumbing project. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE VERY DEEP POCKETS AND DON'T CARE HOW MUCH THINGS COST.
