For each installation, we had about six people working at one point to get the job done. These were big jobs as old, outdated systems had to be completely replaced. I found everyone to be respectful and helpful whenever I had questions. Bumps along the road were handled smoothly, and they stayed on schedule. The cost was fair when compared with other estimates I'd received. They have a yearly maintenance plan I suggest getting to protect the warranty and ensure that your system is operating smoothly.

Mobilio & Son HVAC was phenomenal at resolving an incredibly stressful home situation. We had…read moreour air conditioning stop working during one of the hottest weeks of the summer, and our house became unbearably hot. After calling around, Mobilio was able to come out the quickest so we went with them. They came out exactly when they said they would. Dyquan arrived with one other person from the company. He went to the air conditioner and within moments had identified the problem. It was a faulty capacitor. He went back to the truck where he had a replacement part and had it back up and running within minutes. What I really appreciated about Dyquan is how forthright he was about the state of our air conditioning unit. He said that it was so old that it could go at any point. But he did NOT try to upsell us a brand new unit right now. He said it would continue to work with the fix that he made but that we needed to be prepared to replace it sooner rather than later. The fact that he did not try to get us to spend more money than we needed to right now speaks volumes about how they run their business. So, not only did Mobilio save the day, they were honest brokers as well. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I called Alpha at the recommendation of my Auto mechanic shop. It was earlier in the day so I didn't hear from them for a few hours. I had called other places and they were too busy or not what I was looking for. It was going to reach 100° this week and today was Monday. I received a text from Scott, the owner saying he'd be reaching out soon. Shortly after we spoke on the phone and I told him the symptoms of my system which is an old Trane(it's hard to stop a Trane). Right away he knew what to look for and said he would make it tonight and I jokingly said "we're up until midnight"... Well sometimes after 7: 00 pm I got a text saying they are on their way. They showed up and with no hesitation. Went right to the system and started analyzing. They found what was wrong within a couple of minutes and immediately started to do the repair. I had my lady go inside and turn the AC on and boom the compressor kicked on as it should have which is the unit outside the house that was kicking on and off. No fuss, no muss and we are now getting deliciously cold air again! HECK YES I recommend this company.. Thank you Alpha Tech

Despite this he came all the way down to Branford at 9 PM just so we could be operational. Our motor was blown and he replaced it with a shiny new one right away. He could have not answered since it was end of day and he could have scheduled me after he returned or referred me to someone else but he didn't. He was responsive and upon meeting him, you could tell he cared. He also was very reasonably priced (and given the circumstance I fully anticipated it was going to cost me an arm and a leg)! Superior service! I will be using Scott for all my HVAC needs moving forward!

Worst company ever…read more The person who handles their calls and scheduling is extremely rude and indifferent. She is the worst representative possible for a customer. No customer service. Quite the opposite. I believe she is the owner's wife. She is indifferent as best, hostile and angry at worst. She answers questions rudely. Does not return calls. Sounds exasperated ALL THE TIME. They did super shoddy work in our home. The HVAC system is not well sealed and heat and AC escape all over the place leading to inefficiency. They failed to seal the top of our ducts. There is air escaping everywhere. Returns have been placed in bad spots. The owner seems to have a bunch of right-wingers working for him who spend their day listening to far-right political commentary while they work on HVAC systems. The owner (Tim? Ted? Tom?) is an extremely poor communicator, gruff, thuggish, and spent a lot of time telling us how he manages to "get back at" difficult clients by doing substandard work that won't be immediately apparent. He bragged about this and was quite proud of his deceptive ways. Totally unprofessional company. Do. Not. Use. Run. If I could give them a zero, I would. They should go out of business for the ways they treat their customer and the sloppy work they do.
