We had a fantastic experience with Nick Alley from Dry Effect. He came in, gave a very thorough investigation, taught us a bunch about what to look for and how to prevent future issues. He gave us great options for both professional and home remediation approaches, and the pros and cons of each. Nick went way above and beyond helping diagnose one of the problems we found that looked like a water/mold issue, but that was actually unrelated. Something that they wouldn't make a penny on from fixing. We have since chased it down, and he was spot on with his diagnosis. It felt like a real partnership with a company I could trust. He used a vent camera to find and show me that it was a break in the dryer vent at the 90 degree bend with what appeared to be insulation. I was crushed. It had to be reconnected in the soffit. Scott said he could do it! He had the tools and other parts. Well it was more involved that he thought but he kept at it and fixed it completely! Tested air flow and all is good. This is one talented individual who will do a great job.
