When Al showed up he did the best he could, but sadly, he was not able to unclog the toilet. He would need to go on the roof, and this was not covered by the insurance. My landlord worked out the price and the company said they will be by between 10 am and 12:pm tomorrow. Our landlord brought a porta-potty over for the night. Less than ideal situation. I then got a call from Al, the best plumber in town by far. He said he was thinking and he remember what it was like when he was in a similar situation. He came from West Covina to Pasadena on a Friday night to went on the roof and fixed the situation. The rate he charged was very reasonable, my landlord had no problem paying the money. They actually care about their customers and want to help. I am forever grateful for Pedroaza Plumbing And Rooter for sending Al to help us.
