Well lets start with the bad things first ... here they are .... zero ... zilch ... nada ... none! This place is used car perfection! I mean they have been in the exact same location for 65 years ... 65 years ... that fact alone should tell you they are doing something right. I have purchased 2 cars from here, the first was over a year ago and the 2ed was about 8 months ago. Both cars run great and were represented by the owner truthfully and accurately. I am very pleased. The greatest part about this business is Tommy, the owner. I can honestly say; anything he says will happen, he makes happen. You don't ever have to ask Tommy to do anything twice. Both cars I have got from him now have around 100k on them so of course mechanical problems happen and as soon as they do, I call Tommy and he gets the parts I need at beyond reasonable prices then he refers me to excellent mechanics. This man has great connections and he passes them all on to his customers. If you are considering buying a used car you owe it to yourself to check this place out.

I utilized the valet service where they pick up my vehicle, do the oil change, they did a great job as well change the air filter, wipers, etc. that was a 5 star experience! That was an easy five star review for that service. It did an amazing job. I was out of town for three days so they picked up my vehicle. Did all the test and maintenance and everything like that and I come back on my vehicles at my valet. That was super convenient and very nice. I will always utilize that service. However, there was a bit of a scheduling issue. They forgot to pick it up Monday so I had to give him a call, but they got it taken care of that wasn't a big deal. I just kind of falls back to fundamentals if you have an appointment scheduled and sit pick the car up that way there's no confusion and I would have to call to make it happen. They brought the vehicle back and there was like oil stains on the front fender area. Typically most oil change companies cover that that way when you get the car back, it's not dirty. The problem is I just gotta wash at Mister car wash so I had to go take a bath and get it washed again. This is why I give them four stars instead of five. Other than that, it was a great experience. Customer service is great. The convenience of the valet service to pick up and drop off back at my valet. I can't tell you that right there is top-notch service. I'll give them a try again and probably change this to a five star because overall the experience was great.

Fast forward a month, I ordered a car to be delivered from Louisiana location for a test a drive. $200 non-refundable. It took two weeks and the tracker sucked, rarely updated. But it eventually came in. And the test drive process was a breeze, again in and out in less than 20. The gal hated the car (Genesis gv70 Electrified). Too cramped, but very pretty. So we passed, but the staff and service was easy and non-invasive Definitely recommend if you're looking. No negotiation, but no hassle either.

Then they wanted a hell of a lot more money down than our first salesman. We acted in good faith and spent $300 based on the explicit terms provided by their employee, and now we feel that we are victims of the classic "bait-and-switch" or "spot delivery" tactics because of the internal employee turnover, which was not our fault! Since I do not, the next best thing was finding LA Auto which is Woman owned and Operated to fix my ride! LA Auto was brought to my attention thanks to the Projects feature in the Yelp App. I sent out a request for a job or service and Yelp broadcasted it to businesses to reach out to me concerning the service. I had initially had a different mechanic before LA Auto that was going to do the job, but a price change occurred before the vehicle was in their possession. Decide to nix that mechanic and go back to the drawing board acquiring estimates for the job. By this point, I had already ordered and picked up my parts directly from the dealership so they would match my vehicle. All I needed was the labor to complete the repair. I was really intrigued that there was a Woman owned and operated auto shop in Houston, so I decided to reach back out to the shop about an estimate for labor. My inquiry was Friday afternoon, so I didn't expect to hear back until Monday. Liz, the Owner, however, was in contact with me in and out the entire weekend asking for pictures of the parts to ensure they were correct for the vehicle based on the VIN as well as making sure they didn't need to paint the handles. She gave me a range on the price for the labor, which I could understand because she never saw the vehicle before- only pictures of the damage. We did most of our communication on Monday which offerred a great opportunity for me to get the car fixed that afternoon since she had an opening. I honestly thought I may have to come back another day to get the job completed because EVERY OTHER BODY SHOP I SPOKE TO said I would have to drop the car off just to get an estimate. I did that with one Pearland body shop and received a quote of over a THOUSAND dollars just to fix some handles! They even stated the labor was high because the panels of the car had to be removed. Thanks to Youtube, II knew that was not the case and Liz the owner and my mechanic confirmed my research as she completed the work on the vehicle in less than an hour WITHOUT removing the inside panels. She worked fast and I was even able to see her work from the office which provides a chair or two inside for waiting customers. A/C is blizzard cold inside the waiting area, so bring a jacket. This is not your car dealership waiting room with tvs and refreshments, so bring your own, but Liz worked so fast I didn't need to indulge in either! Really friendly, sincere, and affordable service from Liz at LA Auto. I am so glad to not only have my car repaired (FINALLY, with the exception of one small part that the dealership gave me in error that doesnt affect the main fix) but I am so estatic to support a small business owned and operated by women. I am telling everyone I know about LA Auto if they ever need repairs on their vehicle. This place is a real gem and deserves to shine!

First, I checked online with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, and the vehicle was not showing in my name. Second, I went in person and was told it still was not registered to me. I repeatedly called Texas IZI Auto LLC and was promised new dates each time: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Monday. None of those promises were kept. No one from Texas IZI Auto LLC ever proactively contacted me or kept me informed. The only reason I finally received my registration was because I continued calling and following up. When I raised concerns about over six weeks of delays and poor communication, the owner of Texas IZI Auto LLC dismissed my concerns and did not offer a clear explanation or remedy. Instead, he defended his employee's behavior rather than addressing the repeated delays and lack of communication. Bottom line: DON'T BUY FROM TEXAS IZI AUTO LLC. Save your time and your money.
