Whom is no longer part of the Guaranteed Network( NOT SUPRISED AT ALL). Vinnie was extremely easy to talk to, easy to work with, made the process smooth and non stressful. Professionalism at its finest - Vinny is the man! I brought my car in to have it serviced for a small accident, and although it was a bit of a drive from where I live, I do not regret by an inch having to come to this shop to have the repair work done. Very professional both in terms of the job that was done as well as the service aspect provided by Vinny. He kept me updated all throughout the process, and gave me best practice advises when handling issues with insurance. The job was done immaculately just like when I first picked up the car from the dealership. Once my car was done, I brought in my girlfriend's car only to be turned down by Vinny because after he assessed the damages, he gave me his honest opinion that it might not be worth the money and explained to me why it would cost so much for such a small damage. As compared to the other ass hats from other body shops who frightened my girlfriend about how the small damage will result in corrosion and all other havoc and tried to charge a million dollars for a few inches of damage, not only was Vinny's price reasonable but I was surprised that he actually let me know what it's not what it looked like and I can hold off on it for the time being. Now I am actually more inclined to leaving the car with Vinny. This place is a hidden gem, absolutely recommended. I've been to numeral body shops where the owners intimidated me and didn't give a damn because I wasn't driving a Mercedes, but Vinny definitely is the complete opposite to those ass hats. Unfortunately I can only give them 5 stars, because that's the highest rating. They deserve much more. As a female we are sometimes uncomfortable with taking our car to a mechanic. Most of us feel uneasy ,thinking we will be talked down to and or taken advantage of. Ladies look no further. This place made me comfortable and did an amazing job on my Mustang. The business is a hidden gem, I can't believe they don't have a ton of reviews. I shopped around to have some body work done on my car. I had a really long scratch across my two driver side doors, as well as some bumper gouges. I shopped around and got estimates from a few other very popular auto body shops in the area. It seemed the other guys were just interested in taking my insurance company (but since this was out of my pocket) me for a ride. The other guy's quotes were TRIPLE what I was quoted at Reliable Auto Center. I went back and decided to have them take care of my car which was done perfectly AND ahead of schedule, he even put the door guards on for me that I purchased online (bodysidemoldings.com). I cant believe Vinny remembered who I was. He fixed my car years ago and recently had someone scrape my bumper in a parking lot. I stopped in to see how much it would be to fix it and he was able to polish out 90% of it. The icing on the cake is that because it didn't take long to polish out he didn't charge me for it. He was just appreciative of me being a loyal customer. I don't plan on getting into any accidents, but you can bet he'll be the only place I bring my cars to. read more

I first found his shop after searching through Honda for a Honda certified repair shop.
