I've used this company for 15 months for service and repairs on my 2002 Thunderbird. This is a great family business, very professional, expert advice and very reasonable prices. One of my neighbors recommended this auto shop after our conversation about the dealers full assessment costs. I realized I was going to spend a lot more money at the dealership for repairs down the road. Arie and his sons are a great team, and I have been very happy with their services. read more

Had them replace my converter and they put the wrong converter in and took it to the referree they told me the same thing. Brought the converter back to Reliable in which they were going to refund me but not for labor. They tried telling me where I got it smog and the referree were WRONG and they were right. They were proven wrong by the Referree but still won't reimburse me for labor for there mistake read more

Amazing customer service, the best around hands down! I bought an Acura from an auction and it needed a lot of work. Reliable was very reasonably priced and was always willing to just let me "walk-in" so they can work on it! I really appreciated their willingness to work with my crazy work schedule without hesitation! Never going anywhere else for any of my cars! read more

Nick and his team are great! I suddenly had my car start rumbling and shaking during acceleration and when coming to a stop. Really accommodating in coordinating me dropping the car off before they opened and leaving the keys in their mail drop so I could still get to work on time and they figured it out and fixed it within the same day. Very friendly and explained what the problem was. I had just had the car worked on at another shop and they even took the time to make sure the other shop actually did what they said they did. Very thorough and nice! Never judge an auto shop by their front office ;) read more

I went in thinking I knew what was wrong with my car but as soon as I showed Armando he knew what was wrong and ordered the part for me so I was able to take my car home the same day. When your looking for someone that won't over price you and actually fix your car Armando is the guy ! :) read more

I had a great experience here for my Smog check and certificate. I was done in 15 Minutes. Nick is the person that helped me and I just wanted to let everyone know what a great Guy he is. Really professional and knowledgeable. I think I may have found a great new mechanic! 5 stars for you Nick! I can absolutely recommend this business to Everyone! Looking forward to getting my oil changed now. read more

We have two teenagers and four cars. Phat and Nick at Reliable Auto Care have worked on three of them ~ everything from brake jobs to replacing a cracked manifold cover. The first time I tried them, their service was so friendly, professional, and candid regarding costs or potential problems that I decided to use them again. I have not regretted this decision. They once turned down an engine rebuild job because they knew they would lose me as a customer if I paid so much for something that wouldn't turn out right and they advised me that it wasn't worth repairing. I agree with the other reviewers that these guys have integrity and they know what they're doing. As a repeat customer, the perks have been wonderful. I never feel like they're trying to up sell me repairs I don't need. They have earned my business. Highly recommend Reliable Auto Care. read more

This is a top notch auto repair shop. Took my 2008 Ford Focus in for a thermostat change after getting a $943 quote from a Ford dealership. Nick, the gentleman who helped me, quoted me $180, but ended up being a little less in the end. They were done in no time at all, and the car runs perfectly..no more overheating. I would highly recommend this place and will go back. read more

In my opinion this is one scandalous place Armando will lie to your face act like he is your good friend he will act like he cares about getting your car fixed right .when it is actually the opposite he is the owner to that shop they did me and the few people i recommended to get there cars fixed threw them wrong . none of the cars that were took there got fixed right and i am stuck disputing a $500 prepaid amount that Armando has stolen from me i had paid in advance.i had my car towed in and towed out they never touched or fixed anything on that car 3 months later and i still have not got my $500 back that place in my opinion is the night mare on mechanic street ....they got me and my friends for over $2000 read more

$90 to change an alternator belt?!?! The guys are crazy... A lot of mechanics assume that because you're takin your car to them, that you have no clue about mechanics. Not this guy, a job that would take me 45 min, you guys could do in 20. I could understand maybe $45-50, but $90 is highway robbery. read more

Reliable auto care is just that reliable and i want to say that they made my friend and i feel very comfortable. They are knowledgeable about what they do. They are fair and even though my friend and i are women and don't know squat about cars they didn't take advantage of that like some places do and they were fair and honest and helpful. Nick is the best!!!! go Nick!!!!!!. read more

I took my daughter's car in for a brake issue, it was close and since the brakes were weak, I didn't want to drive it far. Nick took the car in and gave a quote, needless to say, he earned my business! I would gladly take an auto repair there again. They were quick and fairly priced. I am very happy with the service received. read more

I am very happy to say I have finally found an auto mechanic that I feel comfortable taking my car to. The owner is a stand up guy, I felt like he was being honest with me, he got the job done quickly, and his prices seem reasonable. He also gave me some little perks for being a return customer! I will definitely bring my car here for all my automotive needs. read more

I drive out to Pomona to buy a car. I took car to Reliable to check it out (inspect) before i purchased. Within 5 minutes he found the frame had major damage. I didn't need the inspection to continue at that point, so he gave me a discount off the already reasonable price. Very honest and fair. If i lived closer, I would use them regularly. read more

I have been bringing my cars in to Nick and his team for several months now and he is great. He always quotes me a fair price and the service is very quick. My first oil change I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He said to me, "Yeah, we don't mess around here." Yes, they do not mess around. Very cool and very honest folks there! read more

This place failed my son's smog test. Most places would have alerted you first before failing. I feel bad I told him to go here.

To quote another reviewer, "transparent" is right. Nick explained what he would test, and his reasoning. He went further by suggesting ways we could save money. To top it off, the final cost was lower than the estimate. Friendly, honest service, and a price lower than expected. What else could you want? We just moved here and were really worried about finding a shop we could trust. We have our shop now. read more

This auto shop is the best nice people who do honest work never try to high ball people very satisfied with their service.

They do good work except when they don't. They only stand behind their repairs for as long as the warranty on the parts they use lasts.

Great, fast service. Really professional. I went in to replace my brake pads and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of other stuff. All staff are nice and friendly. I didn't ever feel like they were taking advantage of me because I'm a girl. If I lived closer, this would be my service station of choice. read more

I brought a 2012 Ford Focus in here to get checked before buying it. The mechanic was a Japanese guy who was very thorough and ended up finding that the car had serious engine issues, had been in an accident, and had some other issues that I never would have seen. After saving me thousands of dollars and hassle, he told me that I only needed to pay the $20 fee if I felt like the service was worth it! Hell yes it was worth it. What a great shop. Highly recommend! read more

i went to check my brakes to the reliable auto care and the guy name nick told me that I need to replace brakes, front calipers and from brakes rotores. clean and adjust the rear brakes and he also recommend that you need an alignment and it is gonna cost me 850 dollar + tax, then i asked the guy the put this back together and let me get the second opinion then i went to a different shop in Ontario and checked my break and they said i just need a front break and clean a just a rear break. the guy said break rotors and calipers are good and they charged me 139. dollars. let me put this the reliable auto care have no alignment machine and they were trying to 850 dollar which i paid only 139 only. and he tried to rip me off. make sure, do not you ever take your car at reliable auto centre other wise you have to pay-------------. read more
