However, the sales associates happily helped me search for it until we finally gave up. I then started looking for a large black bow tie, but they didn't have that either. The assortment of apparel on the men's side is good, but I wish they carried a couple more items. The service is great tho. Everyone from the sales associates to the cashiers were friendly and helpful. I ended up buying some socks and underwear which were at a great price. I saved about 30-40% of the original cost of the items. I'll come back again in the future when I have the time to really sort through the stacks.

Walking up to the checkout, the woman was really nice but instantly had a mood change when I said I had a return. One of the items I received in the mail is not what I ordered (I ordered jeans and got a cardigan sweater) but it's still sealed so I requested a return. She just stared at me lol...and the woman next to her mumbled I have to mail it in. I couldn't 100% hear and the woman assisting me still didn't speak so the woman next to her explained that since the items have to match, I can't return in store. I said that's fine, my other item is exactly what I ordered, but didn't fit so I am returning it. I handed over the bag that it came in (delivered last night) and the receipt. The woman then decided to speak and said "we need a receipt"...even though I have handed it to her. I said this is the receipt and she responded "yea that's what we need" and glared. Ok. lol. She glanced at the dress, glanced at me, glanced at the receipt and said the numbers don't match. The numbers do match. I said yes they do match and she said they don't without looking to check her error and at this point I don't feel like dealing with her vibe so I grabbed my items and repeatedly said thanksssss while she tried to tell me they do not match and as I left the store they laugh as if something was funny. If she was confused say that but as soon as I had said a return she didn't want to help. I don't appreciate causing a scene and being rude for nothing and I'll likely drive 15 miles out of my way than to deal with childlike behavior.

I walked into this location and walked out to never look back. The appearance, I don't want to say it was gaudy or strange, but definitely it didn't look like much. I assume they were going for the thrift store look, but even thrift shops are more appealing. This was a wide open square with basically clothing racks for rows and signs swaying gently from the ceiling. I needed new shirts for my job and this was one place I stopped to see if they had anything. I was clearly lost but no employee batted an eye in this seemingly empty space at the time. When I found the sign that said "men's", assuming this was the section for men's clothing, I went there and was greeted by a wide assortment of women's clothing. Basically, this just seemed to be one big, unorganized space with employees only at the cash stand and no employees walking around to help customers. Like I said before regarding the appearance, it was just so simple and where I may adore simple, this was so simple that it looked like the sections were really thrown together without much thought. Seeing as how I was on a time crunch, I walked out the doors and decided to go to Khol's instead. Cannot say I'll think of shopping at Ross next time I need clothes, I'll avoid the headache for a more expensive location if I need to....

So I thought I'd briefly explore the store. I'd compare the store concept as a low end T.J. Maxx but the majority of their merchandise is clothing with some lingerie, shoes and home decor. I found a couple cheap summer tops and decided to try them on. The two women "controlling" the dressing room were incredibly rude. No one was directly at the dressing room entrance. Suddenly two women are yelling repeatedly, Ma'am Stop! I had no idea you had to HANG your items on a rack before they would count, then take once they release. I was instructed to replace the number OVER the clothes hangers before returning with them regardless if I was purchasing. They were just as rude when I was leaving the dressing room area. This wasn't my first time in a dressing room nor did their tone need to be so harsh with all of us. As I was standing in the return line the woman "controlling" the security or line was harsh and abrupt with several other customers. I dropped off the clothing and left the store. Hopefully, someone will provide customer service education to these employees.

This made it very inconvenient, and only stores does not allowed a parent to be with their child while trying on their clothes. If the store police only limit one person inside the fitting room. Please put a visible SIGN that you only ALLOWED one person inside the fitting room so we won't waste our time. Customer service is really important if you want to have successful business. Brendan V. behavior left me dissatisfied overall and does not want to come back to Uniqlo First Colony branch. I am giving 1 star for reflecting his rudeness to customer. There's nothing particularly wrong with it, and it's typical Old Navy with typical store prices, and when there's a sale on you can find some good deals. So I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan, and Barbie likes the store more than I do. It's a little on the pricey side so I definitely come during the sales.
