To get to the point, I am now pain free and very happy. Ashley does everything right when it comes to her service. Her facility is clean, quiet, and comfortable. They listened to what I needed and we're kind enough to give me some tips with the 4th of July and fireworks, as I recently moved to the area. The massage I received was wonderful. The therapist worked on my area of concerns and really got in there to work on my knots. The pressure was just right. She is such a happy and outgoing person as well and made me feel really comfortable. In a separate appointment, I got a customized facial. The esthetician is amazing as well! She listened to my goals for my skin and areas of concern. She started with a baseline facial to see how my skin would react, as I have sensitive skin. After a successful session, she recommended a treatment plan to address my issues, which will take a few session. Highly recommend!

The last thing she did to me I made an appointment then quickly realized I overlapped another appointment I called back 5-10 minutes later and I asked to change it. She said no! I will have to charge you and then I changed my other appointment the next morning and I texted Dija that I will be on time for my massage appointment and then she told me she filled it but never called to tell me not to worry about trying to change my other appointment. Felt like there was a scam going on, but not sure. Just beware!!!

Massages are a very personal type of a treatment I prefer massage massages for relaxation, and I feel that they just jumped right in without easing you into the massage and started very fast and very hard. I guess if that's what you're looking for. It's perfect. Their prices are very fair especially if you join their membership. I know they will get up and walk on your back if you ask them to or want them to, but I just found it was not relaxing and the lady was moving her hands way too fast and too hard to be enjoying. I'm not sure why this has so many good reviews. I assume a lot of people like fast moving hands on their massages. I did ask her to slow down which she did, but it still was just uncomfortable. I don't feel that she massaged my muscles in a way that I typically would get them done. I also feel that she used way too much massage oil on me. It felt very slippery and it actually made noises.
