I did my research and instantly wanted to see if this was a solution to my pain. I called right ahead and scheduled the first appointment I was able to get. On the phone Beth was very helpful with information, they were booked up for a while, but that just meant to me they were good at what they do and my assumption wasn't wrong. For a few years I've had pain in my upper shoulders and neck area, waking up with aches, and always feeling tense. I've gone to a few chain spas and although they are relaxing and feel good, never did I get the relief I had here. Beth was super sweet, she asked me a few questions about focus areas and whether or not I prefer to talk during my sessions or keep quiet. I felt very comfortable and welcomed here.
