Of course there is a language barrier because English is not their first language. Once you pay the entrance fee, you can do a lot of things for free except for the massages and exfoliating bath and food. You can sit in on a movie (movie are 80' and up). Lounge around in the saunas or just relax and talk in the lounge chairs. They provide T-shirt and shorts which is included in the entrance fee. I enjoyed the fresh juice most of all in the food court. It was like an Asian experience without being in Korea, Japan or China. This is not a place you can experience as a large group as the saunas are first come first serve. I highly recommend this establishment !!Fast friendly service. Recommend you start early so you can get to experience most the saunas and services.

I walked in and was greeted by a woman at the front desk, and the first thing she said to me was looked "is that just fat" (looking at my stomach). I was flabbergasted. There is a better way to say "we don't service women who are pregnant". I proceeded to tell her what I wanted and she recommended the me 30 min massage for $50. I agreed that was ok. She then asked me to pay before I was serviced. I responded that I'd like to pay after I am serviced. She then stated to find another spa to go to because it was "boss rules" to ask for payment before being serviced. I kindly walked right out of this business and pray no one patronizes them for good.

0 out of 5 stars. I took a chance on this place after having a great experience at Happy Feet. I…read morethought I'd try another local business. This was the most unprofessional massage experience I've ever had. The older woman was all about money, up-charging everything. Okay fine. I'm so happy I left my underwear on for the full body massage because she exposed me multiple times and even left the room to get hot stones and cupping cups with the door open. I got BLISTERS from the cupping. I've had cupping for 20 years and never experienced this. I had this on Monday and today Friday I have scabbing. She tried to use Google Translate to tell me that it's normal and it's because I'm "damp". She then sat on my butt and massaged my back essentially humping me. There's no way this woman has a legitimate license for massage. When I turned over she exposed my breasts twice. She left the door open when my session was finished instead of closing it so I could get dressed comfortably. It was $75 for the 60 min massage (an up-charge for "hard" pressure which she did not follow through with) and $45 for cupping that left me disfigured. So $120. I have her $200 cash and she said thank you and took all the money!! I said you need to give me change! She did and I still tipped but I will never ever go back. Wow, I'm shocked this place is open.

I will say the place overall feels pretty scammy. They make you pay AND tip before the service even happens, and are pretty rude and pushy about it. For example, before the service I requested she charge $95 on my card ($80 massage + $15 tip) and she told me tip needs to be $20. She didn't back down when I tried to fight it, so I let it go because I didn't want to get bad service. Then, she tried to charge $105 without telling me, and when I saw her typing that in the machine and questioned her she told me it covered the credit card transaction fee (and then decreased it to $103). I understand needing to charge beforehand so people don't just dip out after, however I would prefer tipping after the service so I can choose an appropriate amount? Wild. On top of all that, there was somebody else's hair on the massage table when I laid down and a giant spider on the wall... overall would not recommend this place even though it's cheaper than others in the area.

One girl ran into the room, spoke to me- and as the massage started and I told them to mix in my cbd balm into their oil ... a man's name responded. I realized that my masseuse is a totaly different person!!' Okay- no issues. My balm was not oily enough, and I asked if they could add their own oil to it- there was not any!!! The masssage ended without me even tuning over - full body?! How. It did last the full hour. Also the music was a very aggressive classical and I mentioned that it was not super relaxing. Nothing was done about it - they did not even turn down the volume. Meanwhile I heard people vacuuming and yelling behind doors- usually loud elevated voices are not even allowed at massage establishments. Needless to say - the massage room needs an update. Sound like accidental business not repeat clientele- Not going back
