I enjoy the service and I usually attend alone because I like to show up at the end of the evening the hour before closing and get a 60 minute massage. They start with your feet soaking them and then massaging feet and legs before taking you from a recliner to a room where you will receive the rest of your massage. Music is relaxing and the environment is calming and clean. While this is no Glen Ivy or Maybourne it's perfect for my end of night and helps me start my weekend feeling refreshed and relaxed. I removed 2 stars because I brought my bestie with me and I paid for her services and mine. When I provided an additional $40 as tip the woman who provided services to my friend scoffed at my tip. I already paid for the services and provided gratuity because I wanted to show appreciation for the staff. To be scolded and have the woman say something in another language and show obvious upset was very unprofessional, hurtful, and embarrassing. My friend didn't want to tip her at all because she said the woman was not listening to her requests to use lighter touch and she mentioned her masseuse did not rub her shoulders which we explained was an area of need at the very beginning. Lesson learned, I will not be bringing guests moving forward. Paul is my masseuse and he's got great hands, he's through, and always allows me to tip what I want. read more

Worse service!!! Pathetic how they have the audacity to ask for min $10 tip for a $35 service! Tip is for the customer to decide not them!! I was giving $7 and they insisted nothing less than $10 Their hygiene level is 0. Everything stinks read more

Rejuvenation Spa - Massage Near Me - Chino, California

How should I start? The reason I gave 3 stars because the price for massage is still very affordable. 30 minutes foot + 60 minutes body = $55 Plus if you buy their packages (Buy 6 get 1 free) then technically bring you down to $50 each time. Quality is hit or miss to be honest. Some of them are really good and will ask you which area needed the most help vs some of them doesn't seem to know what they doing except giving you pain! Besides that, not sure what they did to my husband, his back got some random rash / bruises after the massage. Unfortunately today was the day...I specifically told her I need the most help is my shoulder and lower legs. All she did was kneading my shoulder the crap of it, she pretty much neglecting my lower legs. I tipped her 20%, I guess she was not satisfied with it. She rudely said I should tip more. (I would tip more if she did a better job and being nicer) I saw 2 dogs there, I'm not against it, but if you are allergic to dogs, be mindful. read more

My cousin took me here on a whim. The place is dark inside, a bit eerie. I understand why, it's supposed to relaxing and bright lights are far from. I was lead to a room with a dividing curtain with a blanket on the bed and given time to disrobe. For my own mental safety, I only took off my shirt and shoes. Mark came in and gave me a 1/2 hour massage. This was not an average massage, it was a deep tissue massage. If you've never had one, yes, they are uncomfortable, sometimes painful, because the masseuse uses their elbow to push out knots from stress. I had never received such a wonderful massage. I felt so relaxed by the end and never forgot his name. I've since been back a couple times when in desperate need of relief from the stress knots. read more

Ohhhh hell yeah . Hands down can't beat the prices the people are nice and calm and create a calm environment and that's a plus always .

SO WHERE do I start I came in and they randomly assign you a therapist and this "therapist" told me " I'll tell my boss to add one hour and you can get the deep hard massage but if you only want 30 minutes it's soft massage" ... :/ already wanted to leave. Afterwards one of the men said tip was required .... I don't have to give them a tip if I don't want to that's OPTIONAL. period. never coming back here again. read more

I've been going to this place for years and not once was tip an issue until today. I requested a "C" massage which is 30min feet and 1 hr body. As I was getting ready to Tio what I usually tip ($10), they told me that I had to tip them each $20. Honestly, I don't understand what their logic is being trying to force tip. I was about ready to walk out without giving them anything but I tipped and left. They just ruined this place for me. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! This place used to be decent, clean, and very tranquil. Fast forward to my last visit and might I add, will NEVER be returning. I got the 30 minute foot massage, along with 45 minute body massage. Pricing was decent. To put it all in one word, it was DISGUSTING! The lady doing the massage was sniffing her boogers the whole time, NO MASK. I am not sure why I didn't get up and tell her it was gross and unprofessional. I think, I was just in pain, the reason I went in, so I was in a mindset of, please get this knot out. You can hear other people talking, moaning, and I don't know if it is their family or workers just chilling in the bigger rooms, eating food. It is overall gross, people, really look around for a place with cleanliness because this place IS NOT IT! The whole booger thing was it for me. I don't know if this experience contributed to getting sick not even a week later, but I've been sick, and the only place I went was this place. I'm speculating, but who knows. Gross and NEVER AGAIN! read more

‼‼‼WARNING!!!!!!! Don't come here they automatically demand large tip and get aggressive I had to call the police because they were pulling me inside the spa because I didn't want to tip them more if you don't tip them they won't let you leave... I paid for my massage they demanded tip I gave them $10 tip they got super upset and they started yelling at each other in there language and asked me for more tip they said that wasn't enough so I tried leaving and they grabbed my arm aggressively trying to pull me in I had to call the police I was scared for my life I DONT recommend this place at all.....save your time from getting stressed out all over again!!!!! read more

So painful and aggressive. I asked for gentle over and over and the guy would not listen. My friend and I went in together and she had the exact same experience. The ambiance was also awful, We could hear someone watching videos on their phone, a dog barking in the premises, and another client yelling "please, please stop. Way too rough and harsh! Needless to say, we will NOT be returning. read more

This place is truly unprofessional and disgusting! If you were considering coming in please make sure to have more than $10 of tip as this will be a issue and be prepared to hear barking and other disturbing sounds while getting a painful "massage" read more

I went in for a massage today with my sister. We paid $45 each and gave them $100, which they initially accepted without issue. The service itself was just okay--there was a dog barking in the space, which made it hard to relax. However, the biggest issue was how they handled the tip. They were visibly unhappy with what we left and demanded a $10 tip or more each, even pressuring me to use an ATM to pay extra. A tip should be at the customer's discretion, not forced. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I won't be returning. read more

I've been going to this place for years and Paul and Sam are few of my favorite people . They both seem to know where I need it more than I do . The ambience is really depend on the customers as some can be really loud and these people are nice to tell them to tone it down. read more

the massage itself was good:1 hour combination 30min foot/ 30 min body) for $45. what I didn't like is that there is literally a demand for minimum tip of $10 for the hour massage whilst you are paying... there's a $2 fee for using a CC / debit card. i paid in cash with a $7 tip.. I didn't have anymore cash... the masseuse left in a huff and the front desk / manager got attitude. like WTH? you are going to bully/ pressure customers to give you a minimum tip? you should let customers know up front at the least! read more

worst massage of my life. i was put into a room with several other people getting massages, and the staff were all loudly laughing and joking and chatting with each other, it was so un-peaceful. the music was also way too loud for a massage place. instead of actually massaging my head, masseuse just did pressure point pushing and it started getting painful. i kept telling him to go softer, and he wouldn't. same thing with my shoulders. at the end he asked if i wanted cold water, i said yes, and he gave me hot water, and when i entered my tip, he shook his head and said i have to tip $10?!!! absurd. want my money back. read more

I feel worse than when I went in there. Some old lady who's only words were "ok" and TIP really loud. Bait and switch pricing, they said 45 dollars for 1 hour full body but grandma only worked on my neck and back and did a worse job than my lazy daughter ever did. I use to be a shiatsu deep tissue master massage therapist and this place offers untrained immigrants that are probably also working at motel 6 cleaning rooms. I have esophageal cancer and I tried telling Mrs Doubtfire to be careful and easy, she said OK? Like that was her answer for everything. So my hour was up and she took my 60 bucks and when I said change, she disappeared, so, I grabbed my stuff and followed her to the front desk and that's where things got funny. The owner who also doesn't speak or understand engrish, handed me my 3 5 dollar bills change and I handed grandma a 5 dollar tip and this is when she blurted out loud her 2nd word in English "TIP" $10 DOLLA.! I kept telling her, not so hard, ouch, not there as she practically took my pants off below my butt crack. Obviously someone is getting some GILF action in this place. I had to put my arms above my head so grandma would stop rubbing her cave on top of my head. After experiencing this one star operation without looking on yelp first, I just want to warn everyone that this place does not have licensed therapists and the people giving you a massage are working for tips while the owners make the fees. Just like the owner scrambled for the words to say to me, 45 dolla my money, you pay 10 dolla tip. Hence my 1 star review. I guess if you were blind and have money burning a hole in your pockets and you need a friend who will say ok to everything you say, this is the place for you. NOT... read more

SAM!!! Sam is the man if you want a very thorough, strong tissue massage. I swear this man is strong enough to make all your knots go away. Yes, it'll take your breathe away (lol) but he will always check in to ask if it's okay. I usually tough through it because I know the relief that comes from it after is worth it. I have a lot of tension around my shoulders, neck, and shoulder blades that create the most uncomfortable tension knots. So to me, this is just what I need. I go out of my way to come to him because I know the job will get done. If you have Sam, please be sure to tip him well. He's worth it-- I promise. See you soon Sam!! read more

Massage was at par for the $40 foot and body 60 minutes, although she left on 2 occasions for several minutes not to get a towel or anything, just left. Also, ended the session a few minutes early, so let's say 50 minute massage. But, I still gave a 20% tip which she was not happy with and insisted I give $10, 2 bucks short. I replied that's 20% and she just snarled and shooed me away. Ya, won't return although I've been there a few times. read more

Rejuvenation Spa - Front store - Massage Near Me - Chino, California

Pleasant midweek surprise! To my delight I was able to get a massage as with a walk in right after a long day at work. Impromptu trip are the best! I had a massive migraine and back stiffness from sitting behind a desk all day. This was just what I needed and I think I'll make this a routine here. From start to finish the whole experience was near perfect I say perfect because if you want all the fluff and amenities you can pay the extra however I got more than I bargained for. I requested a male therapist for the extra pressure and I'm glad I asked as they got in deep and released my knots and still was able to make the massage relaxing as they melted away the tension that was building in my lower and mid back. Not gonna lie I was ticklish on the feet portion but the reflexology was the cherry on top. Walking out of the place I was surprise how it actually helped improve the circulation of my blood flow from head to toe. For the price you cannot beat this place, treat yourself or should I say rejuvenate yourself! read more

I had this gift card for body 30 min and foot 30 all for $30. When I went in yesterday their prices have changed. It is $40 for body 30 min and foot 30 min. They wanted me to pay $10 more. They argued with me and I explained that their price change isn't my fault. When I bought this card from them the prices were $30. Another lady came to try to talk to me and said she didn't understand, that her English was bad etc etc. they laughed at me and kept speaking in their language to other people in the back. She said I could wait for their boss but when I asked how long would it take she said she didn't know. They provided no other solutions than to pay the extra $10 or to get a foot massage only for $30. I reluctantly agreed to the foot massage. Then towards the end(which keep in mind it was only about 30 mins not even the full hour) the guy said he'll do body for 10 min. It was a terrible massage, he kept pressing on my bones. After he was done I went to the lobby, and I said thank you and proceeded to leave. As I did, he shouted "excuse me, tip!" And I said no bc you didn't give me the full hour. He brushed me off. I will never go back there. read more

Back at it again with Coco! I had been so tense the entire week and had even resorted to taking prescribed muscle relaxers that ultimately didn't work and just left me drowsy and lethargic. I returned to Rejuvenation Spa and asked for Coco. Although I had to wait a bit, my session was well worth the wait! I always order their $45 package, which comes with 30 minutes feet massage & 60 minutes body massage. When I walked into the massage parlor I could barely move or turn my head in either direction. I was hella tense! I told Coco the areas where I ached most and she beat these stubborn muscles into submission from head to toe! I've tried one other person when I came here but overall, I prefer Coco to set me straight. read more

Worst massage ever!! I'm beyond annoyed. I came to relax I left more tense than coming in!! She hardly put lotion or oil as if she trying to start a fire with me skin. Told her repeatedly not the toes because im ticklish. When she would rub my feet correctly she focused on my heels and just focused on one spot! I've been here before in the past and they use to be good. This is the second time I've come recently and had a crap job done. read more

Sam is awesome! My wife and I went here for a date night after dinner. The environment was relaxing. They had football playing, which in my book is a plus. Now, my wife was a massage therapist at high end luxury spas. This is not a luxury spa at a fancy hotel, but if you want a great value, this is the place to go. We will be coming back! Also, compared to what a massage therapist earns at a spa, they hardly make anything, so please don't get upset over tipping 10 dollars, that's how they earn a living. It's 10 dollars people. Tip them. They earn it. read more

I have been going to this spa for at least 10 years and they've got some very good massage therapist there. Foot massage used to cost $20, a full massage 60 minute cost around $30. Now I know because of inflation and everything has slowly goes up. Now that foot massage is $30 a full massage is $45 still very reasonable. The reason I'm writing this is because I came across a demand for tip which I usually give but this time i gave a 18% tip when I did a $30 massage they wanted a $10 tip now nowhere is written that there is a minimum of a $10 tip, this is ridiculous because that's a 30% tip!!. I will no long go there due to the fact of them requesting a minimum of $10 just to the massage therapist look a at me with disguest. read more

This was a very disappointing experience once again! They are racist and discriminate against people who are not of their race! My sister lives near here and over the years I've been here many times with her. Especially when I still lived in SoCal. Now, when I come home to visit, it's always a must stop place for us to go get a foot massage. For $20, it's a great deal. Foot massage, reflexology, neck, back massage for that price is amazing. The service can vary, depending upon the tech you get. This last time I went, I had a guy who was very attentive to the major knots in my shoulders and back and paid extra attention to them and increased the pressure of the massage as I requested. Do they speak perfect English, no, but they understand enough to give you what you ask for and they are always good about checking with you to see if the pressure is too much or too little. You'd think being in a room full of people and with a TV, music and workers talking that it wouldn't be relaxing, but I pretty much fall asleep every time I go there. Can't wait to go back home for another visit. read more

Really bad experience here just now with one of the ladies. The whole time she is looking at videos on her phone while massaging me. She also seems to have a runny nose the whole time and blowing her nose mid massage. At the end I go to pay up front and she is hovering VERY close with her hand out . I hand her cash tip and she says " this isn't enough for body and foot massage" I was absolutely shocked . Most of the time you come to these type of places they wait for their tip like you stole something from them but I have NEVER had someone ask for MORE money . That is so unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable and can't believe they do business like this. I have been here so many times before with no issues in regard to the tip I give. Everyone else I have dealt with is always kind and appreciative. If there is a set amount or minimum you need to tip you should maybe post that on your pricing. read more
