Evan and Nancy went above and beyond to make the last-minute arrangements for me so that we can surprise my then-pregnant wife with a Spa Pedicure and Manicure on her very special birthday! Evan was so nice to talk to and work with. I went there two days ago with my request and he was so friendly and helpful! I have never seen customer service like this before! Nancy was not even scheduled to start working at that time but she was so so so so nice to agree to come early for her! This was the happiest my wife has ever been on her birthday! I can not thank you enough guys! My wife and her mother are now a customer for their manicure/pedicure needs. Their work is amazing. My wife always only wanted to work with her natural nails and these guys are perfect for the job! She went there again for her maternity shoot and baby shower too. Now, let us talk about massages. I forgot her name (I am sorry, I think it is either Crissy or Christy), she is amazing! My wife and I, both had deep tissue massages with her. She may make you scream but that is what you need! I made a mistake when I purchased this coupon. Well two mistakes.. The first mistake i made is i left a negative review here against the another massage business that shares the same building as this person not realizing they were 2 totally different business!!So Sorry Have since had that review removed. The second mistake i made was purchasing a Groupon from this business. When I called the voice mail was always full so I could not leave a message to book a appointment and i tried for months. Then when I finally did get through to leave a message (2 months of trying) it took another 2 weeks for anyone to call back. When they did call back I was told the person that owns this business had broken her foot and was not taking any appointments, but there was another massage therapist that was willing to honor my Groupon but it was my choice if i wanted to wait, get a refund or see a different massage therapist. I realize many doctors offices give a 2 day notice to remind you of an appointment, but they have never cancelled on me if I didn't call them back. This was a major waste of time. She also does not even use the open method of colon cleansing. She has this creepy looking disgusting transportable unit. There are multiple offices in the buildings she works out of and the people at the front desk gave me a weird "Oh No!!" look when I mentioned her name. They also told me she just rents space from them. It is a very creepy place to go to for a first time. I would not recommend her unless you knew she was going to be in a much more hygienic and professional place with adequate facilities and support staff.

One thing that stuck out on my first visit to her was how thorough she was in her consultation, and in the same vain, how much she listened. Her massage therapy has helped me tremendously. Through her care, I have gone from not feeling so well physically, to feeling great! As a bonus, I received another benefit that was almost as valuable. She seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely pleasant. She made my first session a positive one as I was able to relax and indulge in the moment, although in pain. As one session will not heal you or anyone, who has an injury as I did. But I was looking for relaxation upon my first session and she exceeded that goal. Needless to say I will never fear massage therapy again. As treatments continued I became more relaxed and comfortable with each session. The treatments have been an extremely positive outcome for my healing process. She has giving me many useful suggestions on ways to relieve pain and discomfort on my injured areas. With each session, it seems like the first (except I am not nervous anymore). She assesses how I am feeling physically and what her plan of treatment should be for that session. As I suffer from depression, she previously posted an article on her Facebook page regarding how massage therapy helps with depression. That article is so on point, the therapy that I have received not only has/is helping me physically but also emotionally/mentally.
