The sheets were soft and extra blankets and pillows were provided. It has a nice sized compact refrigerator, microwave, and R/0 water in the kitchen area. Snacks and drinks were provided. Then a delicious homemade breakfast with pleasant company. The hosts made me feel welcomed from the second they opened the front door of the main house. Even the parking was secure. It was the perfect get-away. I will be heartbroken if they don't have a vacancy and I have to resort to a hotel the next time I am in Lubbock.

It was so hot in the room. They were sold out so couldnt switch my room. Didnt sleep at all. Next day they had another room. They took $20 off the stay. Which is a joke. Climate control is as basic an expectation as a bed in a hotel. Communication from staff is awful. Never heard from the manager. This was my 4th stay. I have come in and had a room that didnt appear to be cleaned. One time there was something sprayed on the bath room walls. Not certain what that was.... I was told they would give me the stuff to clean the room if I wanted. Most recent stay they sent me a text with a less than 3 hour notice that they were going to cancel the room if I didnt prepay with a credit card. I'm glad I saw this. If I was on my flight I would have lost a room. Driving all day then finding out the room I reserved for weeks was canceled before my check in time would be awful. The customer service was laughable.

It consisted of eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, fruits, cereal and potatoes. The restaurant is open daily as well. There is a Target and other shopping and food places less than 10 minutes away. Loved the AC worked well however we found no middle ground on the temp in the room. Hotel is in an industrial type area and not far from the interstate.

I found the bed to be comfortable enough. Nothing beats my bed at home. Bathroom looked updated with a spacious walk in shower with good water pressure and draining. Overall, this specific La Quinta is a good option in Lubbock and I would stay here again if the price is right.

The peep hole on the door had been knocked out and someone just stuffed toilet paper in the hole. There were what looked to be blood stains all over the carpet. The shower was covered in black mold. The room had a weird smell but it was clear they sprayed some sort of air freshener to try to hide it. I do not recommend staying here. It was absolutely disgusting
