I provided a card to reserve my appointment. I was informed after the service that this type of card was not accepted. Great service sometimes takes a couple tries. The issue is not that mistakes were made but how they were resolved. My appointmant began 90 minutes after the mistaken appointment. I got fluids so I'm happy! Sunia took the time to verify what my comfort and pain points were. I didn't just get a cold bag. I'm cheerful and hydrated! My card was not the right type. No problem. We fixed that right and know for next time. I would definitely use this service again. It took less time than I anticipated.

She says oh oh dont worry its only a 0.0000000005% chance of it happening. She starts the process and within TEN minutes it clogged and she kicks me off the 1hr -1 1/2 hour session. Its as if SHE KNEW this would happen. As im NAKED she tells me oh no looks like you have to be billed to pay for my pipes. I was like excuse me "I CAME HERE TO SHIT AND NOW YOU WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR SHITTING?" Make it make sense!!! i refused to pay for her plumping because NO WHERE did i sign a weaver for that. Thats INSANE!! She then proceeds to tell me that my second session of 10minutes COUNTED AS A session and that my third session would count as her pluming fee. NOT ONLY did i lose 2 whole sessions.
