When we consulted Sharon with our project, he had a "can do" mindset and really listened to what I wanted while also giving solid advice. I've had bad luck with contractors before and been gaslit at times, but Sharon's approach of having an actual conversation and putting the customer first made us go with his team. While most remodels require you to acquire materials on your own, Sharon connected us with Tile and Shower door folks (and they also had nothing but good things to say about him). I appreciate how he'd always check in to make sure we have all the items ready (i.e. vanity, toilet, etc.), and he'd always drop in to check on the progress. Eddie and his team were absolute professionals and do everything with care and precision. Really liked how he'd always double-check things with us down to the smallest detail (e.g. paint colors, door hinges, etc.). Pricing, I'd say they're within average of the estimates we received. My project was executed in record time we upgraded the electrical power to enable the induction range was a challenge. The team had to redo the wiring in several places, which required opening the ceilings in the laundry room and hallways. Aside from the fact that he talks and BS's way too much he makes uncomfortable comments and remarks and makes owners feel very uneasy. As if all that wasn't enough, he kept trying to add in extras and hike up our bills. Before all of this was really coming to light I had contracted him to do some more work at my mothers house because he was able to beat the competing bids I had and I stupidly figured I could tolerate his annoying demeanor. BIG MISTAKE. He promised the job would be completed in 3.5 weeks. IT WAS OVER 10 WEEKS. He proceeded to hire random people to do jobs he said he was able to do. He harassed me over and over for upfront payments when the work was not being completed. Weeks at a time would go by with no shows, late appearances, etc. He made a complete mess and did not clean any of it up, he did not complete the job he was paid to do, he also caused a scene in front of my home with one of his "employees" screaming and making threats and proceeded to yell and scream in the house frightening my daughter and her friend who were doing homework. He also did not pay his "employees" who worked on my mothers home. Anyway I can go on and on but you get it.
