The construction crew themselves were clearly very experienced and knowledgeable; they followed our approved plans meticulously and were happy to accommodate extra requests along the way. Scope of work: remove all the carpeting in the house and install laminate plank flooring in those areas. The travertine flooring in the entry, kitchen and hallway had large craters which collected dirt and water residue after washing. I had the floor steamed, the craters filled and the whole floor resealed. I had a gasline installed in the kitchen and a new gas oven installed. I also had a complete bathroom remodel which included removing a huge jacuzzi tub and installing an elegant and safe walk in shower. For the bathroom Nir listened to my concerns and needs and then gave me two 3-D renderings of my options. Before all of this was really coming to light I had contracted him to do some more work at my mothers house because he was able to beat the competing bids I had and I stupidly figured I could tolerate his annoying demeanor. BIG MISTAKE. He promised the job would be completed in 3.5 weeks. IT WAS OVER 10 WEEKS. He proceeded to hire random people to do jobs he said he was able to do. He harassed me over and over for upfront payments when the work was not being completed. Weeks at a time would go by with no shows, late appearances, etc. He made a complete mess and did not clean any of it up, he did not complete the job he was paid to do, he also caused a scene in front of my home with one of his "employees" screaming and making threats and proceeded to yell and scream in the house frightening my daughter and her friend who were doing homework. He also did not pay his "employees" who worked on my mothers home. Anyway I can go on and on but you get it.
