They were able to accommodate within an hour and a half. Running behind I called to push back our appointment and the friendliest person on the phone easily adjusted our time. This place is located in the same shopping plaza as Publix, Jersey Mikes and Celebration Brewing Company. She made sure I was coming to the right place. Looks small on the outside but they use every inch of space without you feeling crowded. When we walked in and checked in they were ready for us. They even gave special treatment to the birthday girl. We had a combination of gel manicures, pedicures. There were at least 8 nail techs that I counted. 12 pedicure chairs in a separate area. They offer beverages. One of my sisters had a tech who was hurting her and not responding to what she was saying so she requested another. It was handled professionally and the second tech was great. The birthday girl loved being pampered by her tech. My tech did one of the best gel manicures I've ever had. Lastly, the final sister LOVED her tech even though he talked her into getting a gel rather than regular manicure assuring her it's easy to take off.
