I was very relaxed from the moment I arrived on property seeing a beautiful and serene courtyard with a fountain. The spa itself has a no shoes policy (thank you!) so shoes are removed upon entry and the place smelled like lavender ! Milena was my massage therapist and she was very attentive to my body's needs and trouble spots and educated me on how I can help relieve tension at home. She did a total body massage including facial/jaw (I have jaw clenching and tmj issues) which was AMAZING. She also used gentle cups to help relieve some of the more difficult areas with knots and I left feeling like I was on cloud 9! I was offered a delicious and beautiful valentines cupcake on my way out with water which was a nice treat. Milena was so generous and even gave me a cup to bring home!! (Thank youuu!) I requested a deep tissue massage and Matthew took the time to understand my specific needs and where I sought improvements. Beyond his empathy and amazing technique, Matthew was highly focused on identifying the source of my leg pain (I'm a runner). His experience as a sport massage therapist for the Orlando City soccer team made me feel confident he could help me. Although my 50-minute massage ended at the spa, Matthew followed up with a sample of CBD cream and provided me with a muscle massage gun to use during my stay. And to top that, he made a connection with the sport massage therapist for Sporting Kansas City (the soccer team in Kansas City) to help me find a great sports therapist at home. The nails are beautiful and it is the only place that officially can do Disney designs. I didn't get gel so the designs didn't stay on as long as my mom and sister's nails. They both seemed happy with how long their nails lasted. It is pricey (but of course, it's Disney) so it's not something I would recommend doing for every trip.

Worst of it was when were trying to enjoy our time chit chatting at a room tone voice inside the spa and one of the cleaning ladies told us we needed to lower our voices because there were guest getting massages. I was bit taken aback esp because we weren't even loud really felt more like she was just annoyed by us being there. Anyway, I would never come here again.
