I've used this car wash solely because they offered free vacuuming. The car wash is expensive but mediocre at best. They have great vacuums though! I went to vacuum my car one day and they have fully blocked off the area for vacuuming unless you buy a car and wash - I get it, I'm sure a lot of people just came from free vacuums but that is also how they got my business so now I I won't be back! read more

I have been a satisfied customer of Reign Car Wash since their opening (best wash $49.99 a mouth). I do however have two complaints, As you enter, the pre-wash at times works other times it doesn't. In addition the attendant on duty at times will give my car a pre-wash and sometimes he just guides me through.This is a wonderful company unfortunately there is no consistency!!! read more

I was particularly impressed with the friendliness of the employees who handled my car with such care! They got impossible marks off my brand new white car. Not to mention the fee vacuums! I've visited 4 times - twice with my hatchback & twice with my SUV. I confirm other reviews that state multiple staff is standing by with mops (or brooms or whatever) like they are going to give your car a pre-wet wash but they don't. They with stand there or maybe hit your tires and hose off your car (basically moving dirt around). Also they do guide you in close to the car in front of you so as a driver I intentionally put distance between us. However I have no control of the car behind me so I just look for non-busy times as much as possible. Hatchback- both times my white car came out super dirt-streaky and the back of it like it was just wetted down. But I didn't notice it until I was long gone into my list of errands. So that's on me for not inspecting my car when I was done. SUV - twice in the same day about an hour+ apart - also results were dirt streaks and a weird film on the car that left finger marks if you touched it. I noticed how bad it was when I left and got gas. I did one other stop at a store and then headed back to the car wash. Thankfully I printed my receipt! I explained that I had visited about an hour ago and my vehicle was quite dirty. The staff member said that their policy is customers have an hour to return but he made an exception for me (I was an hour and about 5 minutes). It still came out pretty awful. It might not be so bad if staff actually did a pre-wash and gave attention to trouble areas that their brushes don't reach (like at other places) but they don't and I don't know if it's in their job description to do so...I mean I assume it is because they are standing there with the mops. ?? And other places do. ?? The parking lot is also poor design - they have it blocked off so you can't exit (taking a left) using the traffic light. They force you to use the side street so taking a left can be dangerous and time consuming waiting for a safe exit. Also there is a big silver mechanical block thing blocking your view of oncoming traffic so you have to pull out farther. It's an accident waiting to happen on a busy day! If you end up in the area closest to Warwick Ave - the only way out is to a) got the wrong way back the way you came in or B) go through the wash again. I think blocking off use of the traffic light seems to go against the traffic conditions they had to meet in order to build. It's definitely pricey and I haven't felt like I got my $ worth. I think there's other options worth considering. read more

Terrible car wash they broke the shock fin antenna off the roof of the car had it on video and would not take responsibility and take care of the damage got a call from the manager and said there was nothing he could do about it so beware if you get damage, they will not take care of it. You will be on your own.. this car has been to multiple car washes and has never had any issues in the past. This was the first time ever going in here and was definitely the last. read more

Don't be fooled by seeing the lights from the street, it's a car wash. Memberships appear overpriced and no multiple car discounts. Get more service and value from Scrub-A-Dub, and better value down Warwick Ave from Flash carwash. The only benefit is its easier to get into than at hoxsie, but not worth it. I finally found a car wash that is number one on my list, besides my car coming out very clean and shiny, I like the free use of the vacuums and clean rags that are supplied to wipe down your car. I also like the free use of the mat cleaner machine, which gets my car mats extra cleaned. I will continue to use Reign Car Wash at the Warwick/ Cranston line. I have been a very loyal customer since they opened. I love the free vacuums. My daughter bought me a Gift Card for my Birthday in December. After the snowstorm I went this past week to wash my car. I gave the worker the GC & it was taking a long time. I said I didn't need a receipt if that's what is taking time., he said there isn't any money on this card. I called my daughter & her & I went back there later & spoke to the 2 young kids working there. My daughter showed them the charge for the GC on her bank statement.They didn't know what to do & took my daughter's name & number & texted it to the manager Jamieson. They said he would call my daughter tomorrow. Thursday came & no call. So on Friday my older daughter called the car wash & Jamieson happened to be there. He never apologized for not calling or the trouble with the card. He said we could pick up another one that evening. I'm glad he rectified the situation but no apology was classless. Doesn't make me want to continue being a loyal customer. I will use my GC but then I will go to another car wash that might appreciate my business more. And I agree with other reviews that the kids don't wash the back of the cars, so the back of your SUV may not get very clean. read more

This is a great car wash I would say it's maybe the best one in RI. I believe it's actually worth the money the one thing that has been frustrating lately is that when I pull up to go through the car wash the people working never seem to brush my car but have the equipment to do so right besides them. There are some spots the car wash doesn't get on my car and id appreciate it if they did that extra step to ensure the car comes out completely clean. It's happened to me every time I've come and it's been a little frustrating. read more

Very diappointing misadventure into poor process and management, not to speak of NO ownership of responsibility when it comes to accidents in its facility. My car was improperly ushered into the caswash on a very hectic and busy day for Reign Car Wash in Wareham. Manager said 300 plus cars went through before me. When I was brough in I did not see the only attendant on the floors signal to stop and went a little too far into the wash. The attendant came up and told be to put it into neutral as I was standing still and braked at the time. I did as he requested as soap was covering my wind shield and I felt a jolt. The car started moving forward slowly and I thought I was moving through the was, when in fact after the conveyor set me into motion it was stopped bu the remote manager but my car was now on a roll with no visibility into the car ahead costing me $2000 in damages. Add the blaming response of the management accepting not an iota of responsibility, it was a horrible experience. Oh they will say they have "multi-angled HD cameras" (intimidating) which prove I was in gear and cause the accident. However I know what happened and I was not in gear. It is the Reign Car Washes responsibilty to make the right call when things are not right in the circuit not only with their machines, but with the drivers. That was not done! Their errors in judgement caused an expensive accident with only blame on me to follow. I will take them to court and suggest that Buyer Beware as their hectic assembly line on the most busy days can put staff, consumer, and managent at risk. I have paid the price I hope you never have too. Think Twice aout this place. read more
