This bus service is incredibly incompetent - stay away from these guys. They were hired to carry guests back and forth between the hotel and the venue for my sister's wedding. An hour before the ceremony started, they interrupted the bride and grooms pictures to announce that they brought too big of a bus, and couldn't get the guests to the ceremony. We had to get volunteers to drive people from the hotel to the venue - they completely, 100% failed in the one job we asked them to do. read more

I've used this company for work to transport people and they have always been courteous and timely. Yes, they do have rules because those coach busses are expensive and they want to keep them in good shape. I've never had an issue with them and we continue to use them when we need to. I didn't give 5 stars because sometimes the drivers weren't communicated everything so I'd have to explain some of the details, even though it would be the same exact route every time. read more

ZERO stars actually I would give this company-5 stars. I booked these guy for a bachelor party and stated where and when we wanted to be picked up and than our route right down to the exact miles from stop to stop. After receiving an email from the general manager stating that one bar we were choosing to stop at wasn't even open (it is otherwise why would've I chose this stop) and telling me I better do some research on it and than she stated that another adult entertainment establishment that we were to stop at wouldn't allow them in there parking lot and would turn away a group of that size (16 guys). Than gave me a list of rules that we had to follow otherwise consequences would be taken and the trip would come to an immediate end. This lady was very unprofessional and not sure how she made her way to general manager. Overall I am glad she brought this stuff up cause in the end we were able to find an alternative bus and know we are going to be much happier with "The Fun Van" read more
