I've been going to this physical therapy office for several years. Each time that I have needed…read moretheir services I have always been treated with respect and the finest in physical therapy. Both physical therapists are professional, well trained and personable. They care very much about a successful recovery.

I wish I could leave a negative star but that's not possible…read more I went to see Joe Ardt this morning for a session never seen him before. When I walked into the office I was given paperwork to fill out by a very unfriendly receptionist didn't get greeted didn't get good morning didn't get any communication with her just gave me the paperwork asked for my insurance card and acted like I did something really bad I felt like I was walking into the principal's office and didn't know why. I had extremely bad vibes as soon as I walked in there. So Joe comes running over to me and says we have to start the session now we'll do the paperwork later because I'm going to be very behind he didn't introduce himself to me either no good morning no greeting absolutely no customer service from him either. Going to the session area he asked me if I already have a therapist for some reason and I told him that I see someone that in Olympia and that I have so much pain it's hard for me to drive and I was hoping he could help me since he's closer and his website list that he can do what I need that my other therapist does and I was hoping to see him between sessions. He immediately told me that he can't help me because insurance won't cover a second therapist and that they won't pay for his evaluation. He was very flat in his speech to me very stoic very uncaring and very unsympathetic. Hes quite arrogant and had no concern about my well-being whatsoever. So I asked him well what am I supposed to do I was hoping to see you and he said well insurance won't cover it so oh well and he literally shrugged his shoulders put his hands in the air at me and I'm sitting there in chronic pain and he didn't want to help me at all. So I ended up just pushing the curtain back and walking out of there. I've never experienced such horrible customer service lack and care of compassion from people that are supposed to be physical therapists helping people. He didn't offer to call my insurance or offer to pay a different way or anything for me he didn't suggest any way to help me.Aso I walked in there wearing an American flag mask which I'm suspecting had something to do with the very ice cold treatment that I was given as soon as I walked through the door. Needless to say I will not be recommending anyone to see this therapist office I actually checked with my insurance and what he told me was a complete lie insurance will cover any therapist that I choose to see it just goes by the number of visits total per year. I explained that to him in our office meeting but he didn't want to hear me through his hands up and said he couldn't help me because insurance won't pay for it he refused to hear what I had to say about it so when I got home I verified that with insurance and they said I could see any therapist that I want .so I have no idea why I was treated so horribly maybe it was the fact that they don't like redheads that wear American masks showing their patriotic love of the country for a mask I don't know what their problem is but there was zero reason for such arrogant ice cold treatment of a human being!

What do you do if you're in pain and need help ? Don't do what I did :(…read more I woke up with major sciatic pain in my left leg, I didn't want to goto a regular dr so I called a local chiropractor. After paying a crazy fee, she saw me for about 10 minutes made several "adjustments" and told me I would feel better... well I didn't feel any better. In fact I felt worse because I paid a crazy fee and wasn't any better. My second call was to Jason at Centralia Physical Therapy. I didn't realize that physical therapist don't only come up with a plan to health for pain, they also diagnose the actual issue ! Well after Jason performed a couple of tests on my joints, limbs and muscles he diagnosed my problem.... piriformis syndrome ! He then educated me on the best path towards healing, showed me the exercises, helped improve my mobility and and performed a treatment right then ! When I stood up to walk the pain was immediately better. Plus he charged me a fraction of the cost.. and worked with my insurance to keep money in my pocket ! Piriformis syndrome doesn't go away over night, but I was filled wIth hope as the experience with Jason showed immediate results ! I really can't say enough about Jason and the team at Centralia Physical Therapy. This is my second interaction with them... my wife broke her ankle 2 years ago and they help rehab her ankle back to health. Don't hesitate too make Jason and his team your first call !
