I selected this location because of its 5 star rating. However, there seems to be an issue with…read morethis facility and my insurance company. According to them, my insurance won't pay unless there is a Medicare copay. According to my insurance, that isn't true. It's been a month since I made contact and left the referral. I have initiated ALL calls except for the first one that said they don't accept my insurance (one week after they said the did, and after I drive over there with all of my paperwork). The director assured me the call was a mistake, and informed me of the issues. Assured me they were still working on it. After waiting two weeks without resolve, I called my insurance. The first person I spoke with didn't understand or was frustrated. Called the facility and was told they 'just turned in paperwork'. Obviously I was not amused since they'd had it for weeks. He connected me to the facility. Their oops - they thought I was someone else, so they provided inaccurate info to my insurance. Handed me off to someone else in the office. Call #2 to my insurance - someone smarter checks and tells me copay only needed. No issue. Call #3 back to facility - hand off again, then the 'gee we'll check into it' tap dance, and I'll let the director know. Fast forward another week. Did they call me? Obviously not - otherwise there wouldn't be a review. I have an appointment for NEXT Tuesday with a different facility. I called and told Pacific Rehab don't bother, they're obviously too busy or don't care. They've proven that by not even calling with an apology

I wish I could leave a negative star but that's not possible…read more I went to see Joe Ardt this morning for a session never seen him before. When I walked into the office I was given paperwork to fill out by a very unfriendly receptionist didn't get greeted didn't get good morning didn't get any communication with her just gave me the paperwork asked for my insurance card and acted like I did something really bad I felt like I was walking into the principal's office and didn't know why. I had extremely bad vibes as soon as I walked in there. So Joe comes running over to me and says we have to start the session now we'll do the paperwork later because I'm going to be very behind he didn't introduce himself to me either no good morning no greeting absolutely no customer service from him either. Going to the session area he asked me if I already have a therapist for some reason and I told him that I see someone that in Olympia and that I have so much pain it's hard for me to drive and I was hoping he could help me since he's closer and his website list that he can do what I need that my other therapist does and I was hoping to see him between sessions. He immediately told me that he can't help me because insurance won't cover a second therapist and that they won't pay for his evaluation. He was very flat in his speech to me very stoic very uncaring and very unsympathetic. Hes quite arrogant and had no concern about my well-being whatsoever. So I asked him well what am I supposed to do I was hoping to see you and he said well insurance won't cover it so oh well and he literally shrugged his shoulders put his hands in the air at me and I'm sitting there in chronic pain and he didn't want to help me at all. So I ended up just pushing the curtain back and walking out of there. I've never experienced such horrible customer service lack and care of compassion from people that are supposed to be physical therapists helping people. He didn't offer to call my insurance or offer to pay a different way or anything for me he didn't suggest any way to help me.Aso I walked in there wearing an American flag mask which I'm suspecting had something to do with the very ice cold treatment that I was given as soon as I walked through the door. Needless to say I will not be recommending anyone to see this therapist office I actually checked with my insurance and what he told me was a complete lie insurance will cover any therapist that I choose to see it just goes by the number of visits total per year. I explained that to him in our office meeting but he didn't want to hear me through his hands up and said he couldn't help me because insurance won't pay for it he refused to hear what I had to say about it so when I got home I verified that with insurance and they said I could see any therapist that I want .so I have no idea why I was treated so horribly maybe it was the fact that they don't like redheads that wear American masks showing their patriotic love of the country for a mask I don't know what their problem is but there was zero reason for such arrogant ice cold treatment of a human being!

HARBORS HOME HEALTH / HOSPICE is an essential services provider with Horrible employees! Avoid…read morethem if you can. I have a very close family member in hospice who suffered unimaginable anxiety as a direct result of nurses and a specific social worker who drove my loved one to tears and many, many sleepless nights. The social worker is a bully who threatened to "terminate" my family member if she didn't obey all their demands for such minor disagreements as the number of hours per day and per week for out-of-pocket Caregivers. The nurses badgered their patient over medication choices and dosages, even though the mission of hospice is Pain Management and Comfort. The nurses ordered their patient to take specific medications even after she said they were not effective for her body, which was already in Stage 4 cancer. It was a terrible experience for the patient and there were no consequences for the staff because the staff told their patient she would be kicked out of hospice and would have to fend for herself during her last days - alone. There are other hospice companies now in Ocean Shores. Find them and never, ever invite HARBORS HOME HEALTH / HOSPICE into your home while you are dying and in significant pain.

Everyone was unfailingly cheerful and adjusted to my Mom's level of interest and energy, changing their own schedules to accommodate her. As a daughter and POA who must take an active role for my Mother, (dementia) it was a delightful surprise to find such active, healthy, and good humored therapists. They kept me well-informed and helped her get functioning well enough to spend a few more months in her apartment. She has gone from barely making it downstairs to meals to walking 10 blocks with her stroller and not needing anything but her own two feet around the house. She communicates her needs and has more confidence in speaking. Harbors Home Health personnel made a huge difference and I am well pleased.
