You enter a large lobby area and check in, grab a seat and wait to be called. Staff was very pleasant and actually very fast. Had to also get a skin test that required me to stop back in after 48 hrs for them to look at my arm. Both appointments took less than an hour, they send your paperwork off to your work as well as give you a copy.

John the lab specialist handle my specimens really well and took care of the process professionally. I would come here again if Needed in the future. I had questions regarding their processes and why they do what they do. I asked about why they put coloring into the toilet bowl, and why I had to pee past a certain line in the cup. He answered very politely and gave me great answers to the questions. The answer to the first question was: " So people don't use the water as a specimen sample and say it's their pee for the drug tests" Second Answer: " there is a thermometer an inch above the line, to make sure the specimens are fresh. Its Important that the temperature is between is 90- 100° to ensure authenticity and that its fresh".

I've been coming here for a year since I had a pretty severe knee injury a year ago. It took a few…read moremonths if conservative "prehab" before surgery to get the muscles strong enough to use in order to rehab it. In the middle of getting ready for surgery, the world shut down. My physical therapist was definitely there for me, sending me home exercise programs, and even checking in via text. I feel like my therapist pushes me appropriately to get to where I need to be in order to regain mobility. When Lattimore is hopping during busier hours, all the PTs are friendly, and willing to help out. They offer a lot of flexibility with appointments, and that is super appreciated by many working professionals struggling to get their health needs met. I am still attending physical therapy now, 7 months post -op and feel really lucky to have landed there after consulting with my orthopedic surgeon. They have been so easy to work with. The secretaries are awesome with scheduling, processing payments, and answering the phone. I've dealt with many medical offices that have put me on hold for a long time. This isn't ever an issue. I am grateful they have taken covid precautions seriously, and it has made the transition back to OT upon reopening smoother.
