I waited 45 minutes before calling them back and was told the truck was rerouted to an accident. But it shouldn't be much longer. I waited another 45 minutes before I called back again asking if I had been forgotten. When she tried the call the truck, the driver didn't answer. So I had to cancel my pick up and had to call another tow service to come get me after wasting almost 2 hours sitting in a lovely part of Flint, waiting for a truck that was .5 miles away.

This helped tremendously because I work night shift about an hour and a half away, and couldn't make a quick trip into the area. Once I arrived, Tiffany took over and couldn't have been any more pleasant or easy to deal with, or get along with. She's very knowledgeable and made the entire purchasing process a breeze. I drove my truck to the dealer that day, and wasn't leaving town for a week. So she arranged for me to put a deposit on the vehicle that day, finish paperwork, and come back with a car transport trailer as I was leaving town. This took a lot of stress out of the situation and I don't think anything could've went easier. Will definitely be returning to see Tiffany in the future!

We had to wait in our 90 degree car and outside the car for over an hour & I felt like passing out because I have cardiac issues with my heart and am very heat intolerant. The boss told us he'd make the driver not work for the rest of the day (except it was 5 PM so the dude was going to get off work anyways). We stopped by the service place which was closed and the driver had left our hazard lights on and had to jimmy the door open to shut them off which probably damaged the door. I really do think the owner needs to fire the dude for being such an idiot, but there's a lot of stupid people in the world. Pros: He arrived eventually. Cons: Unreliable ETA, Told us to literally walk down the highway and try to cross to get to a restaurant to wait for a ride in dangerously hot weather, left the hazard lights on in the car, boss/owner is kind of dumb, and the driver showed little sympathy for our situation. Conclusion: Either abandon your vehicle, walk, die, or pray to whoever you believe in that your car doesn't mess up. I'm really disappointed with the company figuring my health was majorly at risk. I'm finally home, but my head hurts badly and my feet are numb. This could of been avoided, but people don't seem to care about anyone but themselves anymore. On top of that, we had to our of pocket $30-some bucks because Frankenmouth Insurance & OnStar only cover up to 10 miles. That's really stupid.

I'd never had to restore a vehicle in the past and I didn't think my seventeen years of life had given me enough experience to do any of this on my own so my parents and I went on a search for the best people that could help. I loved my truck, but I HATED the seat. It was this faded blue leather with cracks around the corners and red Alabama dirt absolutely pounded into every crease and crevice. We were absolutely certain we were going to be spending thousands of dollars to get a whole new seat put in my little truck. When my mom found Schultz and Sons online we loaded the seat up and brought it over so they could assess the mess I had to live with for the rest of my life. We were pretty sure it had been reupholstered before so when we got there the sweet lady up front brought a knife right out and started cutting all those layers back so we could really see what we had. After about 9 layers of different colored leather we came across the original seat, it was incredibly damaged on the driver's side, but I was so in love with it. She brought me inside and pulled one of her books off the shelf so I could see all the different seat patterns they used in 1965 and decide if I wanted to keep the original or not. After I decided I did she told us she'd find it online and sent us on our way. A couple days later she called us and told us she couldn't find the fabric anywhere but she could find one that looked almost exactly like it so we told her to do it. After about a month with a few updates here and there my seat was finished and I could go pick it up. It's honestly one of the most high quality things I think I'll ever own and doesn't look any different a year after using it than it did when I first picked it up that day. Since then, I returned to Schultz and Sons to have rubber floor mats installed. Overall, this is a very professional business with an incredible amount of skill and expertise. Their work is amazing.
