I made the mistake of ignoring the negative reviews. My reason for signing on was because I needed an office presence in the downtown Reston location. The office space itself is decent, but that's where things end. There's a pervasive problem with customer service that has resulted in too many misunderstandings and mistakes to mention here. Most of their customer-facing employees seem to be phoning it in -- apathetic at best and sometimes outrightly rude, which is especially awful when you have clients coming to visit. I've heard from reliable sources that their employee compensation sucks, which probably explains why they all walk around with long faces. :( I'm not hating on these poor employees; just asking for acceptable customer service. Btw, Regus has a BBB rating of "F". Check it out. They recently filed for bankruptcy in multiple locations around the country, which also says something about their operations. Do a Google search for "Regus sucks" to learn more about what other customers are saying. There's obviously something very wrong with this company. If you make the mistake of signing on, remember this post when the trouble starts. read more
