I have lost all confidence that unacceptable behavior will be detected, addressed, or prevented by this organization. It is also deeply concerning that Two Birds appears to be taking action to remove negative reviews on Google from current and former parents in the wake of the release of the VDSS finding of extended abusive conditions.
