TL;DR: Outdated offices with not much support…read more This review is for the meeting facilities only; which were not thought out logistically. Each of the meeting rooms are outdated, with really old telephones that give government phones a run for the money. Not to mention, some of the telephone cords aren't long enough to make it to the middle of the conference room table, requiring some conference room attendees to scream at the phone, or huddle around the phone. Also, each room is supposed to have a projector, but doesn't always have one. Each room is also supposed to have an extension cord for the projector, but that isn't always there either. None of the conference rooms I've been to on the ground floor have projector screens, requiring projection against the wall, with some rooms not really having any good places to do so, not the necessary lighting to turn off to see the projection properly. There are also very limited number of cords all over the rooms. The middle of the tables have holes where there should be plugs, but are instead receptacles for trash and has been there for who knows how long. Gross. There aren't any additional extension cords unless asked, and the tables are so far away from the walls, most regular computer and projector cables can reach without extension cords. Highlight is the kitchen, which has a purified water system and Flavia coffee. The coffee isn't that great, but better than nothing when you need that kick.

Be advised to read the contract very carefully. Regus is known for squeezing every penny out of…read moretheir customers. We have rented a "mailbox" for the past 6 years for $80/month. The mailbox is actually a hanging file folder in a filing cabinet. When we called to cancel the contract, we were informed that there is a 90-day cancellation policy so we will be paying $240 for nothing. I could understand if we rented an office and they would lose money, but we're literally talking about a hanging folder in a filing cabinet. Most businesses including ours has contracts with customers that are meant to protect the business. It doesn't mean you have to hurt your customers in the process. This isn't a huge amount of money, but the disdain for customers is appalling.

Unfortunately, I must agree with the other bad review. We had a very good experience with this…read morelocation for many years until Regis/Spaces took over. We terminated our lease at the end of April and we requested our security deposit be refunded. It took several weeks working with numerous groups within Regis to figure out how to access the portal to make that request. Once I submit the request, I was told it would take four weeks, which seemed ridiculous. It's now been six weeks and we still haven't received our deposit. We keep being told it's a priority for their finance team, but how difficult can it be to issue a wire transfer? They are holding our money hostage.

I have rented shared workspace in this location since 2020. They have been through a few different…read moremanagement companies but I have loved each one.....until now, that is. Regus came in and took over from JLL in September of this year renaming it Spaces and I immediately began hearing other residents talk about how much they disliked the company and how they had left other locations and some to where we were to get away from them. I tried to keep an open mind but I can't any longer. The company came in and didn't take the time to send us any documentation of impending changes to give us a choice, they just took away benefits like the use of conference rooms as part of our monthly rent and the icing on the cake in November was the double rent for the month because their billing system is different than JLL and they bill one month in advance. I'm sorry? What? How is that your tenant's problem? Perhaps you implement that for potential new residents that have a choice, not for current residents who knew absolutely nothing about this much less had a choice. And by charging one month in advance they're essentially making it necessary for someone to give 2 months notice of departure vs. 1 or risk the loss of an entire month's rent. Very bad business. I am not impressed and would not recommend this place or management company to anyone.

We had a great experience renting a small meeting space from Carr. They were gracious, helpful, and…read moreeverything went off without a hitch. The only downside for me is that to get any F&B, you can't bring it yourself, which would be easy to do with all of Town Centre rolling at your feet. Instead (in our case, the two places we were getting snack-type food from were less than a block away, and we had to walk by them on our way to Carr from the Hyatt), they insist on arranging it, and mark it up.

Won't forward or even hold your mail after you leave, will not fwd calls from your desk phone for any period of time, increases every renewal...regardless of what is going on in the market. If you need a little extra time to sort out with your HQ...'sure, we'll do a one month extension, at a 20% increase"...ridiculous. Very inflexible and over priced for what one gets. Was there almost 5 years...same treatment if I was there one month. Don't forget the arbitrary $X/sq foot or fixed charge when you move out to get office ready for next tenant. This fee is charged regardless of whether there was ANY damage (wall scratches, pushpin holes, tape on walls, etc.) Moved to Make Offices 2 blocks away. Less than half the price, friendly staff, open and bright work areas. Variety of spaces to use (tables, booths, offices, etc.) MakeOffices is also evolved and has AirPlay in every conference room, so you can throw your presentation up there w/o cables, etc. Carr offered more services, but not worth more than double. Once you're out at Carr, they make little to no effort to get you back or do anything to encourage a positive review. Regus and Carr are similar to taxis...not evolving with the market or users' needs...MakeOffices & WeWork...way of the future if Carr keeps treating customers this way.
