    They can not deliver. Not a bad paper but I could never get delivery to my Eugene home. The district manager were useless. Don't bother.

    A Truly Life-Saving Experience -- The Best Dental Care I've Ever Received…read more I cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Mariya M. Costa and the entire team at Amazon Creek Dental. I had two severely broken upper molars, including a wisdom tooth that was broken off flush with my gums. It turned into a massive abscess, and for eight days I was in constant, excruciating pain--sleeping maybe two hours a night. My first stop was urgent care, where I received antibiotics but no pain medication because they no longer prescribe it for dental issues. I understood, but the pain was unbearable. I called around, and because of my insurance, I had to start with Advanced Dental on W 17th. They rarely answered their phones, so I had to drive there in person just to schedule an "emergency" appointment for the next day. Despite knowing I was in severe pain, they insisted on taking over 30 X-rays first. At the end of the visit, the doctor told me he wouldn't extract the teeth, wouldn't help with pain, and referred me to an oral surgeon who supposedly wouldn't even call me for a week or two--completely ignoring the fact that this was an emergency. When I called the DDS office directly, they said they were booking out until the end of March. Thankfully, someone there gave me the names of a few offices that might help, and one of them was Amazon Creek Dental. From the very first phone call, the receptionist went above and beyond--even after hours--to make sure I was taken care of. Dr. Mariya M. Costa wasn't sure if they could help without seeing my X-rays first, so the front desk helped me track them down (which required me, again, to drive back to Advanced Dental since they didn't answer their phones). I got the X-rays sent over, and within 30 minutes Amazon Creek Dental called me back saying, "We can help. Be here tomorrow at 11 AM." I almost cried from relief. The next morning, Dr. Costa and her colleague took care of me with compassion, skill, and patience. The extractions took over an hour because the teeth were broken off at the gumline, but they made sure I was never in pain throughout the entire procedure. I've had four other extractions in my life with different dentists, and these two young, talented beautiful women were by far the best I've ever had. When nobody else would help--when other offices ignored the urgency or brushed me off--these women said, "No problem, come on in. We've got you." While Amazon Creek Dental doesn't take OHP, they offer payment options and were still incredibly affordable considering the amount of work required. I will absolutely be returning to them for all future dental needs, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. THANK YOU, Dr. Mariya M. Costa and your amazing team. You truly saved me.

He was so incredibly welcoming when I walked in the door gave me a bright, happy good morning when I walked in. I stopped at the photo counter and he was the one who came to help me there to pick up the photos that I had had printed. When he said that he could go ring me up at the register or if I had other things to pick out to feel free to do that. It reminded me that I did in fact have a couple items that I needed to get which I quickly picked up with his help because he knew exactly where the item that I was looking for was. And then when I left and he checked me out, he was chipper as I'll get out, especially for someone who had come in on his day off on a day that was absolutely beautiful. Not at all Alexander related, but it must be mentioned: The parking lot is an absolute freaking mess. It seems like the only way you're actually supposed to enter the parking lot is via driving north and entering from that direction. Leaving is also a one-way situation, continuing north. The parking lot is way too small for Walgreens and Dutch Bros.

Refills that require a doctor's ok, per my docs, they never received a request from Walgreens. Frequent lying that my scripts are ready, but they aren't. Or, they only have a few pills so I must return another day. Some of my meds are required to keep me alive. As of this date, I am done with Walgreens. I wouldn't recommend this outfit under any circumstances.

    I used to go to this Safeway every week because I lived down the street from it. I've since moved…read moreand now I only go when I'm in the area, which happened to be yesterday. The store is always clean and easy to navigate. The clearance shelf can be sparse sometimes, but I've also found some great deals on it. Same goes for the bakery clearance shelf. I've never had issues finding something that they were supposed to have here, even when the weekly ad has a great deal that has me running there. The people who work here are friendly, but sometimes seem like they're just locked in and don't want to be bothered with questions. The self-checkout people are great and help you as soon as your stand starts flashing. The parking lot is huge but can be a nightmare during peak hours. Like most busy parking lots, the problem lies with the drivers - they simply don't know how to drive or behave. It can be tough to get a spot in front of the store so I usually park in the slanted spots a little further away. The only problem I've had at this Safeway is the bathroom. I've only been in it once but that was enough. As soon as I walked in I was hit with this wall of stench. It was the worst smell I've ever experienced and I didn't even last five seconds in there before I had to run out gasping for air. It could have just been a bad day, so I'm hoping it's not like that anymore, but it was enough to make me never want to go in there again.
