It was almost 45 minutes between ordering and receiving our food. It was one of the worst meal experiences we've ever had anywhere. However, the waiter was attentive and friendly. CPK claims to also have smoked Gouda, Monterey Jack, Romano, as well as two types of Mozzarella. This was still a very tasty pizza, I loved the slices of tomato on it. This is a thin crust pizza, however, it tasted a bit dry to me. The salad, was also really good. It had everything in it that should be in a tasty summer salad. Here you'll find watermelon cubes, strawberries, baby greens, feta cheese, pistachios, basil, all topped with Champagne vinagarette. This was a great salad, I just felt like the watermelon wasn't the freshest. Overall, this is a good place to fill your belly at Foxwoods.
