Despite their busy schedule they accepted the tow in, and told me they'd get back to me by the end of the week (it was a Tuesday). By Wednesday, I was driving out of the lot with no fee. The owner Joe inspected my daughter's car with heat not working. After an inspection it was determined the water pump was going out and thankfully did not drop all the fluid on the road. I talked to Joe to wrap up everything and I found him to be ethical and trusted. A rarity these days for mechanics. He let the car stay an extra day at his shop with a winter storm.
