She also got a hydrafacial and her skin looked amazing after. I have also had BBL laser treatment here which helped reduce sun damage/dark spots! "My experience at Elite Med Spa was fantastic. My daughter surprised me with a session of micro blading to have my eyebrows done. My eyebrows were sparse due to hormone changes and I was very self conscious about them. Very hard to pencil in when you can't see without your glasses and just a pain to do even with a magnifying mirror. I was nervous about the procedure but Fatemeh assured me it would look natural and they do! I'm still getting used to having full beautiful eyebrows again. At first they were really dark but she said after they heal they would be perfect and she was right. She matched my hair color perfectly. I'm so happy with the results and they are so nice there I want to go back and get permanent eyeliner on my next visit!"

Her expertise and professionalism made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. I recently heard she added a Spa to her practice. Last Friday I had a facial with Renee who is in the Spa within the Expert Skin Solutions practice, and the experience was a total 10/10. Renee is truly a master of her craft, she pairs that knowledge with the most incredible massage technique. It was so intentional and soothing that I left feeling more relaxed than I have in months. My skin was glowing immediately, but honestly, it was the mental reset that stayed with me, I've been dreaming about this facial ever since! If you want professionals who combine high-level clinical expertise with a personal, restorative touch, you can not go wrong with this place!

ZERO. What a JOKE. After struggling to book an appointment…read morethrough their website and they never actually answer their phone. I drove from DC to VA for an appointment, prepared, had filled out all the necessary paperwork online, and was fifteen minutes early. More than happy to wait until my 1:30 appointment time. As I'm sitting in the waiting area, the "nurse" runs out screaming (like an idiot, completely unprofessional manner). "I'm accepted! I'm accepted" and flings herself onto the back of the receptionist. Not apologizing for her ridiculous outburst or bothering to acknowledge me, as I raised my hand and waved hello with a smile. So, I sat... and sat, until the reception comes to tell me, "yeah, it will be like another 30 minute wait, as we thought we'd have to numb you, and we don't have to numb you" --- I said OK,,, and waited. That was until I realized, I'm still the ONLY customer in the "spa" and the "nurse" and receptionist were chit-chatting and acting FOOLISH. I'm gonna wait 30 minutes, for what? You to catch-up on gossip? Nah. It's a pass. The place is lowbrow... cheap chairs and just not up to speed, makes me wonder if they bought their lasers, etc. second-hand. Don't waste your time, there are much better reputable, professional options. I would not trust these two with my skin. Stay away.

I came in not knowing who I was assigned to. I was so lucky to get Zakiya(sp?). She was experienced- I showed her an inspo. picture and she tailored that look to my lips perfectly. I am glad she told me to come back in 2 weeks, she did half today and will use the other half next time. If she did not suggest this , I think I would have really big lips... lol! Also, seems like some of my previous lip filler from 2025 is still there. The remaining filler from before also added some natural plumpness/ volume to the look Zakiya gave me today.

Since this was my first time looking into cosmetic treatments, I went into the call with no prior research--which is definitely on me. My representative, Marissa, reviewed photos of my target area and estimated I would need four applicators. When she asked for my budget, I mentioned around $150, expecting that to be a per-treatment cost. She informed me that applicators are $550 each, bringing the total to $2,200. When I explained that $2,200 was way out of my budget and that I was no longer interested, her tone immediately shifted and became defensive. She repeatedly pressured me, aggressively asking why the price was "turning me off so much" and arguing that financing made it less than $150 a month. I kept reiterating that I simply wasn't willing to spend $2,000 on a cosmetic procedure, but she continued to argue. The conversation ended with her snapping, "Have a great day, and next time do some research before you ask for a consultation," before I hung up. While I acknowledge I should have researched prices beforehand, a client's lack of familiarity is no excuse for outright hostility. While I understand sales commission pressure, belittling a potential customer for sticking to a budget is completely unacceptable. Looking at their other negative reviews now, this unprofessional behavior seems to be a common pattern. Staff severely needs better customer service training.

This place is legit!…read more I previously had my first treatment at a place in Annandale and did not know how a Laser paramedical spa should carry themselves. A year later, I came here and realized THIS is how things should be done. Front desk explained EVERY SINGLE STEP and provided a long description of what we should feel, expect, and precautions we should take to ensure our face healed properly. Any question we had, our technician answered professionally and also showed compassion in regards of the pain level and discomfort. This is why I waited so long to leave my other review at the other establishment because again, the service was NIGHT & DAY in comparison. Night and day meaning this place is a 5 star and the other is at most a 2 star. No, Yelp did not pay me to write this review haha it's outrageous someone would assume this or even try to message with a law suit. Everyone was very nice. Easy sign in process. My injector is Mahsa. I brought my own lidocaine numbing cream and I did tell Mahsa that I was afraid that I would feel it and she told me that there was no need to worry and she had really strong cream. That I can say, they do take care of their clients and didn't use cheap products. I was explaining to her that I was going to someone and I was happy, and I told her my issues but already she can see what mistakes was already made cuz she can see it very clear. She literally fixed EVERYTHING. Hands down she did it all in one shot. Her technique I can tell it was definitely different. Been to several places and I all I told her was, "Please make me feel beautiful again", and do everything that needs to be done and I just let her do her thing. She is very softly spoken, gentle and I've been watching her for a bite before I decided to take that leap of faith. Hands down u can in great hands. I found my injector now and I am pleased. I will definitely be referring my clients and friends to her. Very humble lady and amazing at what she does. You can look at her face and tell that she isn't one of those injectors with all that filler in the face that looks scary or that be doing to much. Definitely two thumbs up.

I was mortified! But lo and behold, I found this clinic that must have been sent from the heavens, because after being tossed around from doctor to doctor, they're the only ones who have been able to clear my skin! One of the things to keep in mind is that because this clinic is mostly for cosmetic procedures, they do not accept insurance. I must admit, I was a little bit skeptical when they said they don't accept insurance, but I'm so glad I gave them a try or else I would've missed this gem. Every penny I paid had been worth it. I was assessed by Dr. Hayre (the dermatologist), and she prescribed me some topicals as well as an oral medication. She also recommended I do isolaz once a week, which I have been doing regularly. Ratana does my isolaz treatments each week, and she is fantastic! I always look forward to the appointments with her, she's so fun to talk to and is super gentle with the treatment and the extractions (which usually hurt so bad!!). I also have to thank them for being so accommodating toward me. My job is very hectic and sometimes I end up having to stay longer than expected, which makes it hard for me to make it to appointments on time sometimes.
