Despite all this, management charged us for an extra month of rent after she left, even though the unit will sit empty for renovations. We expected more compassion for such a long-term tenant. Also the two ladies who work in the "tenant relations" (or whatever) office; You cant go and pick up a package without them getting nosy. Speaking of packages, they are only open till 5pm, so good luck getting any packages at all. The landlord Bob is gracious and takes care of things quickly. Guy keeps the place together. Would recommend to college students or those starting out/elderly looking to downsize. Not really kid friendly. Not for any reason, just boring for a kid I would imagine. Pet friendly! But does not smell pet friendly! :)
