Regency Park Oak Knoll is the cherished home of my mother who has been part of this family of residents for two years. The radiance and spaciousness of the multifaceted complex has been transformed into a myriad of activity choices from a spacious activity lounge whose center piece is a grand piano which faces plump couches that are constantly populated by the residents who may join in on songs played or sit quietly tapping to the entertainment, to a parlor which sends you back in time when sundaes and shakes were enjoyed over a counter at the nearest Five and Dime. The library is filled with books in all genre to satisfy the avid reader and if desired PC access is on hand to bring the world right there into the Regency Oak Knoll, in fact often times conversations between residents and their families fill the rooms with family familiar chatter and laughter. Mom loves this place which has much to offer; however, most importantly is the dedicated staff that facilitates all the hustle and bustle. The staff is a seasoned staff with members from 26 years to 2 weeks. They come seasoned with a compassionate spirit and a kind constitution; I think the Director has a knack for finding special team members because they are always there with knowledge on how to take care of my mother. The Regency Oak Knoll runs like clockwork, I can always count on the caregivers to be there on time, so when I am there I see the cyclical service the trained staffed provides, that is important to me and my mother. I am grateful that this residential home has staff that makes it feel like home, because if my mom were at home there would be constant and faithful support. The rigorous training and ongoing follow up training in addition to the staff meetings let me know that the management is serious about getting it right every day, all day. This is not a career path everyone but I am thankful for the due diligence taken to insure joy is what my mother expects and receives everyday. Thank you for all you do! read more
