Whatever you do, you want to stay away from this place. My parents had been going to the cleaners here for a long time, so I figured I might as well use their tailor to get my bridesmaid dress altered for a wedding I was in. I bring it in, and the tailor does whatever he does, and they tell me to pick it up in a week (on a a Thursday when the tailor is working.) I go pick it up the day they tell me to, and the tailor isn't there. I try it on, and it is way too big so they tell me to come back Saturday for him to fix it. I recently moved so now I have to drive 30 minutes to go see the Tailor on Saturday. He does whatever he has to do, and they tell me to come back the following Thursday to pick it up. Once again, he is not there when I come- but now the dress IS TOO SMALL! They could not even zip it. At this point I'm furious and the lady owner tells me to come back Saturday. I told her I refuse to pay full price- and she says okay. I drive 30 minutes back Saturday and the tailor had fixed it, or so he said. Now the other owner is there, and I told him that his wife said I did not have to pay full price. Of course, he said she never told me that and made me pay the full 85 dollars. If I didn't need this dress for a wedding I was in, I would have just left the dress and stormed out. Anyway, fast forward to the wedding. All of the bridesmaids are getting dressed and guess what???? All of the stitching he did came out. The dress DID NOT FIT. It was falling off of me. Meanwhile, the brides aunt and and mother (who should have been helping her get ready on her big day) were pinning my dress and sewing it so it would stay up while I was crying hysterically. What a disaster. I called to tell them what happened the following week- and the owner offered me 20 dollars back for my troubles. Hahhahahaha 20 dollars? I laughed. She wouldn't even fully refund me. I told her to keep her 20 and hung up. I will never step foot in that place. Ever. Again. I wish I could rate them 0 stars. read more
