I really used to enjoy coming here, but since Regal took over it's rather disappointing. They seem highly understaffed an associates even openly complain about the work environment (to customers and each other). That is sad. What disappoints me most is how awful the movie selection has gotten. They keep old movies basically until they are out on dvd even in the balcony. Bring back the selection and rotate your movies! I wonder how this will even compete when places like Alamo draft house move into to town. read more

Super disappointed in The Warren now that Regal has purchased it's Moore location. It used to be clean and a great place to see an expensive show. I gladly paid my thousand dollars so I could sit in the working recliners, have good popcorn that didn't make me sick, and never worry about having toilet paper when I needed it. No more!! The last 3 visits have left me praying in a stall while hoping some soft hearted soul would find pity upon me and lend me some TP under the door. You would think $14.00 a ticket would get you some free sand paper to wipe with. Guess not. I think I may have to find a new place to spend a hundred bucks for a movie. read more

Their first impressions range from "wow" to "why the hell is this in Oklahoma and not where I live?" The Warren is what theaters should be. Period. There are some like it, but none within Oklahoma. The picture and audio are fantastic and the decor and interior are just as amazing. A restaurant sits on the first floor and a bar -- yes, a bar with alcohol -- lurks on the second. You'd think this experience would come with a price, right? Wrong. All of this for just a dollar more than your standard chain, sticky-floor theater. Only an IMAX can rival the Warren in this state. Although oddly placed in Moore, Oklahoma and not Oklahoma City or Tulsa, this is a definite drive for a that special flick. Four Stars read more

This cinema went from classy to trashy in the change of ownership. There seem to be staffing issues on busy weekends, the food is simply not as good, and my husband nearly fell down the stairs because the railing was broken! Further, we have to now watch annoying commercials - not trailers - while we eat in the balcony where we used to be treated to just light music and relaxing ambience while we awaited the "voice of the Warren" welcoming us to enjoy our show while the curtains raised. Nobody wants to watch commercials - nobody. Hence the invention of the dvr. So disappointed in this place, which used to be our favorite date place! read more

Went here for the first time, 20 Feb to watch Dead Pool.. The movie theater is massive/crowded I felt like I was walking in a mall, the theme is like an old school movie theater which is pretty cool! I couldn't help but to feel like I was in the Inglorious Bastards movie.. I guess the theme?? Yikes!! If you've seen the movie you'll understand the reference.. Lol If your going to see a movie here, I would recommend going 30 min before the movie starts to ensure you get the seat you want, if it's not a balcony seat.. The seats fill up quick! read more

I would have given 5 stars, but the already over priced popcorn now cost $.50 extra for butter. Yeah, yeah I know its just $.50, but its something that is unnecessary. This theater is nice and has an old time feel to it. It is a little pricey (what theater isn't though?). I have been here twice and was wowed by their reclining heated seats. The second time I went, I was so excited to kick my feet up and watch the show in the awesome seating. However they were just regular seats in that theater. It was really disappointing, I guess it just depends on what movie you see. Also the large drinks and pop corn here are massive and you should not need a refill. I would definitely come back to this theater and hopefully get the good seating again. read more

If you would've asked me a year ago, where the best movie theater in the world is I would have told you the Warren Theater in Moore, Oklahoma. Since Bill Warren abandoned this beautiful theater and sold it to the evil Regal Cinema corporation it's just become another average movie theater. The corner cutting is felt everywhere. Want to watch 45 minutes of commercials at maximum volume before your movie? Want to sit in a less than clean seat and theater? Want to see showtimes more than two days out? Good luck. But hey, you can order tickets for a movie no one wants to see for next October. Heck even the tickets which I used to save as mementos are just receipt paper now. So sad to see this theater which I used to love to experience go down hill. read more

Their movie selections are fantastic. It has good/average pricing . the individual theaters are always clean. The restraunt food is horrible. i had chili. wife had chicken soup. Chili was bean paste with meat chunks. couldnt finish it had to throw it away. the wife said hers tasted like it had been if the pot for way too long and had a metal taste. Good thing we know of other places to eat on movie night we can go. Movie side good. Food side bad. read more

After the Warren added the Directors suite I actually began to enjoy going out to the movies again. In the past it seemed every film I went to was ruined by children screaming or people on their phones talking obnoxiously. The Director's suite allows me to enjoy an adult's night out in a much more pleasant and controlled environment. It's always clean, The staff is nice, and the food is worthy. read more

Theater itself is very nice, fireplace near the restrooms. $7 general auditorium tickets. However, the comfy seats are quite uncomfortable because of the seat back angle. The seats won't stay reclined because they spring back forward with too much pressure to overcome leaning backwards. Sitting in the seats it feels as though I'm forced to sit up straight - very awkward and uncomfortable. There's also a small clock on the wall near the front of the auditorium. The clock is colored in neon so it is visible in the dark room, but it stands out and catches your eye every once in a while. Why do we need a clock in a movie theater?? read more

Come for the great retro atmosphere and experience but don't expect a culinary gem. Staff is over the top friendly and rates as a great date night or family fun outing. They keep the bar separate and 21+ which is a nice touch. Menu is adequate not much homemade happening here but if you looking for a fun night out its worth the trip. Warren needs to step up its game to compete with AMC AND AMCs Electric reclining luxury recliners (I don't think seat is a proper description anymore!) Warren also needs to step up its game by offering reserved seating! It allows you to walk in to a brand new movie release two minutes before the movie starts and go right to your seat instead of waiting in line at the Warren for up to two hours. I don't even think the balcony at thereafter reserves your exact seats?!?! UPDATE: WARREN THEATRE MOORE has stepped it's game up and more! The screening room theaters now offer electric recliners, table trays, drink holders, AND ELECTRIC HEAT!!! Perfect for all the folks out there that use to have to bring a blanket to stay warm but no more! Very very comfortable seating and reserve ahead of time so you can show up at the last minute regardless how long the lines are.......I LOVE IT! read more

The lobby and lounge area is no doubt one of the most unique areas in movie theaters that you'll ever see. The balcony seating and being able to buy food and drinks while watching a movie is amazing. The bar lounge is a great place to chill before a movie as well. Don't drink too much though, I had to use the restroom during the middle of the movie! The food is only okay, but when compared to other theaters, this one tops it and so I gave it a 4/5. Warren addiitionally has a 50s themed restaurant attached to it as well! read more

Now that Regal is managing this theatre the quality is poor. The website is inaccurate. Pricing is all over the place. Seniors pay the regular price and the seating is strange. We prefer the regular rocking seats but had to watch in the reclining seats. Very uncomfortable. The movie did not start on time. Big beautiful screens and I love being able to pick a theater type and seat. The lobby isn't set up in the most efficient way so you can kind of get stuck trying to fight through the ticket lines and the concessions line. It's the only decent theater in the area. read more

Before the Regal buyout this was a 5 star theater. I've been using no other theater for years. However, since the buyout, things have went south. I arrived after purchasing tickets in advance for Star Wars. As usual I used the kiosk to swipe my credit card and get my tickets straight away. However, apparently this does not work anymore with Regal. I had to have the confirmation number. Since I did not have my phone on me, it took until after the starting time to even get my tickets. Once in hand I went up the "Golden Staircase" and was met by a less than attentive person at the top. I explained quickly that the theater should let people know they cant use the CC to get tickets (Others beside me had the same issues, couldn't get their tickets) His response, "I can't go down there". Wow.. We were not directed to which viewing room to go into so we went in the wrong one, we came back out and the guy just kinda said, oh yea you go over here... Wow again.. We go to the right place, no one is there, no host or hostess, we just walk in and figure it out. The buttons on the chair apparently also no longer work, other than they light up however they no longer are linked to a computer to notify wait staff. I will say our waitress was awesome. I'll no longer use Regal/Warren. Warren would be embarrassed by what this has become. I have AMC premiere now and will use them from this point forward. read more

This is my absolute favorite theatre. Even though it takes 30-ish minutes to get there, we often make the trek to sit in plush seats, eat popcorn with real butter, and drink a pepsi (instead of coke) while we watch our movie. I love how the employees are in jackes and white gloves, and makes me feel like I have stepped back in time, when people actually dressed up to step out into the real world. They offer a military and (I think) student discount M-Thurs. I haven't ever been to the balcony or to their diner. read more

We went with out of state friends to 1917 in the Balcony for my husband's birthday. Two people were checking our IDs as we entered and directed us to our theater. We walk into the theater and no one is there to scan our tickets, weird, so we seat ourselves. Ordered drinks and food. I wish I would have brought a measuring cup- I got the measliest pour of wine for $11. Service and food were subpar, popcorn cold. As we left, people everywhere and no one checking IDs. Stopped at the bathrooms, which were filthy. Regal, you need to clean up the theater and your service. Time to try out the Warren in Midwest City. This place was much better before selling it to Regal, It took two different times to see one movie, The first time it was sold out and I check their app before I left the house and at the theater and it said nothing... It cost almost twice what it does at other theaters.... The employee's look like they hate their jobs, can't explain anything you ask them very well, And after buying our tickets we we're not allowed to get in line at the designated theater because and this was how it was explained by an employee : The last showing is over @ 2:15 and we have to clean the theater(movie starts @ 1:35 and its 1:15), did not have a clue what they were talking about... And if you really like Cheetos popcorn it only comes in small for $6.99... The reclining seats are not very comfortable either ...But on the bright side finally got to see my movie which was very funny and their large drinks are 52oz. and it was nice and clean. read more

This is the best theater around! Best part is - it's very clean and they don't show commercials! The screens are large, seats comfortable and sound is great. The balcony is a cool place to watch a movie, but it is pricey. I think it's $18/ticket. But it's nice to do on a special occasion. The food in the balcony is quite tasty and the drinks are good, too. I thought having them bring food and such during the film would be distracting, but it really wasn't. I would normally give warren a 5 star but tonight was a bad night for them! I have come to see the Revenant at 7:15 on 2/28/16. We ate up stairs before and are going to see the movie down stairs. The food and wait staff was wonderful up stairs! Down stairs was a different story...The guy taking tickets is not the friendliest person. I would not have him taking the tickets as he is not a people person at all! We went to go into the theatre at 7:05 and the theatre had not been cleaned. He said that it could be 20minutes! We were not allowed to wait outside the theatre for it to be cleaned. This was very poor scheduling. We were able to be seat by 7:10... At least the guy taking tickets was wrong! Living in Moore, we've been to the Warren countless times. Yesterday we saw Wonder Woman in the Balcony. The Balcony service has significantly declined. From the usher who showed us to our seat and muttered, "Is this your first time?" to the waiter who acted like he couldn't care less that we were there, the experience was very different from what we usually get. Our waiter wouldn't take our menu after we ordered - "No, that stays with you.".... Really? Where would you like me to put it? He wouldn't take our credit card when he dropped off our check - "No, I'll be back later for that." Then, when he DID run our card, he interrupted the movie to make us get out the flashlight and make sure he was returning the correct card to the correct person. This really took us out of the movie - which was near the end and in a very exciting scene. We'll try the Director's Suites again, but no more Balcony at the Warren for us. read more

I was looking forward to seeing Star Wars the Last Jedi, since I have seen all previous Star Wars movies. We lasted through the first 30 minutes in the IMAX theater and then had to leave because the sound was so very loud. I am not sure who was running the sound, but the decimals were off the chart, beyond what is "safe" for human ears. I do like loud movies, but expect the volume to be in the "safe" zone instead of the hearing impairment zone. I do not plan to view anymore movies in this theater as I do not trust this theater to safeguard the hearing of attendees. read more

Ever since Regal bought them out they've steadily gone down hill. The theaters are dirty. The chairs are all worn out. The prices have gone up. The customer service is terrible. They recently change the menu in the diner and it's all crap! Terrible waste of money. Skip the Moore Warren and head to the Harkin Theater in bricktown. read more

We always enjoy the experience if the Warren. Drinks catered the premier movies and classics too. The service is a bit slow and the food is noting extra special. I enjoy the many options the Warren has to offer customers. From the stadium seating to balcony option to the luxurious director's suites and screening rooms-there's truly something for everyone. This theater gets very crowded and has long lines, so I always recommend getting there early and trying to buy the tickets with assigned seats because it helps the process run smoother and you won't be rushing. Plus, no one wants to miss the previews! Their Fred & Ginger combo is great because you get a large popcorn and two large drinks, plus one free refill on large popcorns and large drinks. I love the director's suites and screening rooms because the seats recline and are heated, so totally worth it in my opinion to splurge-especially for longer movies. As someone without kids, I appreciate the option to buy tickets for 21+ only theaters so I don't hear crying kiddos. Definitely recommend this theater. The only downside is student discounts aren't honored on the weekends, which is a bummer because students are students even on the weekends. read more
