I loved this theater when it was still The Warren. But now, after the change to Regal, the quality of the theater experience has declined. It is not as clean or well kept as it used to be and the quality of employees has decreased. I do love the Director's Suites and Screening room seating. However, I have been unable to book The Balcony with the Regal app. I know it's still there. I just don't know how to book it without going in person or calling in. read more

Guys - I love the Warren so much, I don't even know how I haven't reviewed it yet! This place holds so many memories for me - this used to be the ONLY theatre my father would go to, so this is where we watched all of our movies as a family. The movie watching experience, even in their general theatre sections, is worth the price. They have a little diner inside, fireplaces, a great concession stand, and more. They really do make going to see a movie an "experience." Their IMAX theater is gorgeous as well. I got to watch Star Wars: The Force Awakens in there, and I can't imagine seeing it any other way. It wasn't until recently that I FINALLY got to watch a movie up in the Directors Suite, and it only made me fall in love with The Warren even more. Drinks and a meal delivered to your seat throughout the movie? It's fantastic! And you can't forget those seat warmers (I get cold in theaters a lot)! If you're going to see a big movie you've been looking forward to for a while, I'd definitely recommend the Directors Suite, the Balcony, or IMAX. It just makes it even more memorable. read more

This USED TO BE my favorite movie theater! It almost gave me Disney world vibes back then especially during fun midnight premieres. Although, ever since it was taken over by Regal it has become a very mediocre place. The workers seem much less than happy to be there, the trash is often overfilled, the ads before the movie are super annoying and to make matters worse they CHANGED THE FOOD MENU! I loved the Supreme Nachos and then when I tried to get "their version" it was the most plain nachos with tons of black olives, hardly and cheese and if you add chicken it's just steamed chicken w/ no flavor... ($14 btw) get the normal nachos outside of the restaurant and save your money. They should just have kept the menu bc a lot of people loved the food and it's QUALITY. It's like taking away one of your main money sources for the theater which seems like a stupid business decision to me! Don't get me wrong, I still like to watch movies here, but I definitely will be eating BEFORE coming to the movies from now on. read more

The old Warren was 10 times better. Now that Regal owns it the food at the diner is not near as good, the employees are rude, and the popcorn is not very good. And on top of all that they don't have mints anymore. It's just not the as good as it used to be. read more

Rated R for Righteous! I don't know who Bill Warren is, but I think I love him. The moment you step inside this theatre, you know it was made by someone who thinks movies are magical. They are time machines. They are teleportation devices. His movie palace makes me feel like I didn't completely miss out on the golden age. I majored in film in college and for a very long time thought I would be producing the types of films you come to the Warren to see. Turns out I wasn't tough enough for Hollywood, but that doesn't mean I don't still get butterflies in my stomach as the house lights come down and the projector begins to transport me to a new reality for two hours and fifteen minutes. Luckily for me, at the Warren, there's very little to prevent me from escaping into the narrative. Perfect sound, perfect picture. Comfortable seats and a low tolerance for texting, talking and the like. It's not LA's Archlight or Seattle's Cinerama, but it'll do, pig. It'll do. A diner downstairs can tackle pre- or post- movie hunger with burgers, chicken strips, fries and the like. If you're 21 and up, head upstairs for a treat from the full bar before your movie. (Personally, I wouldn't drink the adult bevs that are half Pepsi. Either get a drink, or don't. But a 32 ounce drink isn't really a 32 oz drink if it's full of soda, IMO). If you're lucky enough (or enough of an early bird) to get balcony tickets, you can have any of the food or drinks they serve upstairs brought right to you before and during the movie. What's not to love about that? Well, it's awesome. But I prefer it for a funny movie that I'm not super invested in. We saw Django here this weekend, and since Tarantino is my favorite director, and I once worked for the Executive Producer of this film, I was happy for a truly mesmerizing experience that did not include a server asking me if I want another Shiner Bock. The front row of the second section was perfect. Recently I've been very nervous in theaters, which makes me terribly sad. When I see an exit door open in the middle of a movie, I'm immediately wondering if we're all still safe. I don't think I've ever been so happy to see an undercover officer - there he was with his discreet earpiece and his vest hidden under a polo. And while I hate that it has come to this, it made me feel so much better just to see that the Warren is watching out for us. read more

Wow. This place is huge. I could tell you about how high the ceiling is and how subtle and non-intrusive the lights are. I could tell you about how the state-of-the-art neons (oxymoron, I know) create an atmosphere of cinephilia without burning out your retinas. I could wax poetically about how they have an old-school ticket ripping guy beyond the confection stand (which doesn't have Skittles! Boooo) and how bored he looks, wondering where his life is going. I'm pretty sure I could go on and on about how comfortable the seats are, especially because they lean back a little. I couldn't tell you about the balcony seats and how there's food and alcoholic beverage service up there, because we didn't sit there, but my date could tell you. I could tell you about all of these things. But I won't. Instead, I'm going to tell you about the bathrooms. That's right, the bathrooms. To get there, you have to walk past a calm fireplace and a pair of armchairs, where your companion might wait for you if so inclined. And when you open the door to the immaculately clean men's room, you're greeted by relaxing cinema-inspired music. The layout is confusing, but you'll find your way to the toilet eventually. The stalls are large and lit through indirect lighting, so that your head doesn't cast a shadow over the toilet bowl and you're not trying to get your irises to open just the right amount to allow you to see where the bowl actually is, and consequently miss. No, the lighting is just right. And as the weight of the world is about to flow from your bladder, the music crescendos, and nothing short of absolute bliss cascades out of you in an intensity that will give you a post-orgasmic chill, minus the orgasm. And then the music softens again. And then you leave (after washing your hands, of course). And as you walk to your car, you think to yourself, 'I may need to come back here after dinner. I better not forget to bring a magazine.' read more

Someone else said that this is the best theater in Oklahoma. They are absolutely correct. Perhaps a bit surprising because it's in Moore, but it has ruined me for other theaters. The balcony seating is what makes it so special (21+ age limit). Take a date/girlfriend/wife whatever and you'll find yourself climbing the stairs away from the masses to the second floor. There is a full bar to enjoy before the movie. No need to get to your seat early because your ticket guarantees you a specific seat. Speaking of which, the balcony seats are paired together, are very plush, and even have heaters if you desire to use them. The food (yes, you have waiter service at your seat) is good and reasonably priced. You may question the higher ticket price, but if you eat during the movie it usually comes to about the same price as going to a restaurant before and getting normal seats. Don't go in a group of odd numbers because then someone will be stuck in an intimate seat next to a stranger. As far as the regular seats go, they do not disappoint. Even without the balcony this is still the best theater in Oklahoma. Comfortable seats, clean auditorium, giant screen, and few noisy teenagers. (A great side benefit of the 21+ age limit in the balcony) If you've never been then you absolutely must try it out. If you have been then I don't know why you're still reading this. read more

It was great! Just went and saw coco. It was awesome, well the movie itself, but the concession guy was forgetful. He didn't charge us for one of the foods we got until we reminded him. The bathrooms were nice, the ticket checker was really silent. He didn't really say anything. The theater was pretty clean until others trashed it. If I could give this place a 4.4 score I would. This place is truly heaven on earth! It's where I go to escape the troubles of the world. The atmosphere just drips movie magic. While the menu has changed since Regal took over (and I'm not fond of that). I still love it all, the drinks are great. The food is delicious. The balcony in the Warren is perfection to me. It's a vast theater that makes you feel comfortable. As well as the multiple concession stands, bar diner, and arcade. This is what movie theaters need to be! read more

Wow. We saw Iron Man. Sat in the Balcony ($18 a ticket) The view was amazing. The screen huge, the sound was shook the floor. We had Nachos for dinner, pretty tasty. Difficult to eat in the dark. Glass glasses make ice sounds. The waiter wanted to be paid with 15 minutes to go in the movie. I was not pleased. Can't read the bill in the dark nor find money but what is more why would you want to do such a thing. read more

First, let me make it clear that I do not generally care for Oklahoma. I'm from the San Francisco Bay area and don't look forward to visiting family here. It just feels so foreign...I'm more at home in Tokyo than here (and I'm of Irish heritage, so it's not because of that). I mention this up front because, despite my biases, I have to say this is hands-down one of the BEST, nicest theatres I've ever seen. It's just drop-dead gorgeous, both inside and outside. The seats are as comfortable as anything in my house (maybe better), the decor and furnishings are so nice they actually enhance the whole experience, and there is even plenty of parking (something not always the case back in the bay area). This is nicer than many playhouses on Broadway, and I've never found a theatre back in the bay area that compares. The movie we selected was not, unfortunately, in one of the 2 auditoriums with balconies, but those sound so spectacular that I'm looking forward to coming back for a different movie so I can check them out as well. Even their "standard" auditoriums put most other theatres to shame, though, so it's not as though I felt deprived! In short--THIS is what a theatre should be! Highly recommended! read more

As someone said in another review, THIS IS how movie theatres should look! I'm from California, and I can tell you that this theatre rivals a lot of them out there! The inside kind of reminded me of a casino with all of the different colored lights, and that got my excited of course about the rest of the theatre. On the first floor, there's a diner, little game room (which is typical of all theatres), and a fireplace/sitting area next to the restrooms. The second story looked even cooler, but I guess you have to be 21 and over to check it out. I was kind of curious to see what was going on up there... Anyways, I went to see Precious (which was good) by the way, and as I was waiting for the movie to come on, I tested the seats. They're not stuck in place, they recline back a little when you lean back, and the seats are spacious. There was also a neon clock in the corner of the theatre which I also found cool. The best part I think about it all though was the curtain that lifted once the previews were about to start. It kind of made me feel like I was at a palace waiting for the jesters. After the movie was over, there was a woman in the hallway with a bowl of mints if you wanted one. I didn't try any of the food since i'm cheap, but I heard a group of women next to me marveling on the amount of butter and sauce they had on their popcorn, so it must had been good. All in all, this theatre is a must go to. read more

Those of us who have been a fan of the Warren since it was built, loved the old fashion theater experience in an awesome modern day cinema. But alas, no more. At first glance, nothing seems to have changed since Regal Cinemas acquired the Moore, OK location. The façade is the same, the food is the same and all seems normal as you head to your movie. However, that is where you begin to see a change. It is now all about product placement. From the concessions to the previews.....products placement is clearly the #1 concern. Even the website has that feel to it. I would happily go with out the "loyalty points" and the QR code scanning app to not be hit over the head with Coke commercials. I am looking forward to the new location opening in the Mid-Del area and hope that is gives us back that experience, even for while. Don't get me wrong, it is still the nicest theater in town, hands down. But it has lost that uniqueness that made it so appealing. But, who am I to stand in the way of consumerist progress. When you spend $20 on 2 drinks and a popcorn, you have already stepped through the Overton Window. With all that said, treat you and your partner to a balcony seat, some drinks and dinner. Definitely the newest theater in the metro. It makes a difference. The staff is attentive. I have never seen trash littering even the bathroom floors. I like going here because it doesn't matter what time I arrive before the movie, the staff is quick and efficient at getting me into my auditorium in time for the movie. Everyone is nice. I wouldn't know about concessions. Like most other theaters, snacks are overpriced and generic-- they don't even have real Sour Patch Kids. QUICK TIP: If there is a big line at the concession stands and all you want is a drink, try ordering from the Diner. It's a lot easier. read more

The first part of the name says it all. It is no longer being ran like a Warren theatre but like a regal. Half the time the drinks are not carbonated and forget asking for extra butter on your popcorn. Now you have to do it yourself butter and by then the bag or tub is full so no extra butter in the middle. The employees do the best they can with what they have been given. Went to my first movie in the Director's Suite yesterday and was mightily impressed. It feels like a private screening with waiter service and uber-comfy heated recliners ("Why yes Mr. Spielberg, some Foie Gras Popcorn would be DIVINE..."). As one well on his way to becoming a crotchety old man, I would be happy to pay $22 a ticket for the absence of screeching babies and annoying teenagers alone, but the extra amenities here are gravy. Big buckets of gravy. With sausage and biscuits. OK now I'm hungry, but I highly recommend this theater - quite an experience. read more

This used to be our favorite theatre in the metro, but ever since it became Regal rather than Warren, it has drastically gone downhill. Not as clean in lobby, theatres or even outside. On our last visit, none of the soda fountains were operational so they were scooping from store-bought bags of ice & pouring soda pop from plastic litre bottles. There was no Dr. Pepper so we got Coke, which was flat with almost no ice in the cup - and folks still had to pay full price for these awful drinks that weren't worth a dollar! ($5-7.50) The popcorn (also expensive!) was so salty it was almost inedible and there was a layer of burnt popcorn at the bottom of the bag. No quality control! When we arrived to our particular theatre, there was a young man passing out 3D glasses - veeeerrrryyy slowly. While we were waiting in a long line for our glasses, 2 patrons came out of the theatre and said their glasses were very dirty. The employee took a cloth and wiped each one about 10 times and handed them back to the customers without saying a word, then went back to slowly passing out glasses. He would often pickup several pairs before deciding which one to give to each person (probably because they were all bad!). The glasses I ended up with were very cloudy and I could barely see the movie, but it seemed fruitless to request another pair of equally damaged glasses. We have had better movie experiences at almost every other theatre in the area, including Harkins Bricktown & Quail Springs Mall (& even Tinseltown!), but especially enjoy the comfort of the Penn Sq Mall theatre seating. We live east of Tinker, so doubt we will go back to Moore, but are eagerly awaiting the opening of the new Warren Theatre in Midwest City! read more

Now that regal owns this it is a dump! We purchased tickets for the directors suite. Plunked down $46 to see a movie. When we arrived we discovered our seats which were to be recliners were not! One was but the other was a seat they brought in from the lobby. A plastic chair which was in no way comparable to the recliner and would have made seeing difficult. They claimed it was for handicapped. Not sure why someone regardless of their Ability would want to sit in that chair. If it was removable for a wheelchair then there shouldn't be a chair there to begin with!! Then after going through several managers which did not appear professionally dressed in the least we were told we could be refunded but not our service charge! I asked if they could give us a gift card for a free candy or something to compensate for this charge and the whole mess and they said no! Guess what regal? You have lost customers who were willing to pay 22 a seat!!! Bad business! read more

Not knowing what it was exactly I spotted this place from the airplane flying into Will Rodgers World. It looked like a theatre but it was gigantic. I happened to drive by randomly on the way to a meeting. This place was beckoning me of course. So after the meeting i decide to stop by and check out a movie. This place really surprised me. It was huge. It was beautiful. It is a modern art deco movie palace. Walking into the actual theater floored me. The screen was much larger than most. The sound and image quality were truly top notch. The seats are perfect. This theatre is better than a great deal of cinemas in Los Angeles! read more

I would just like to say that this establishment hires the laziest employees imaginable. The enthusiasm levels from the Regal employees is at an all time low. I feel like I walk into the building and everyone working does not want to be there. Before Regal took over and ruined everything, the theater was welcoming and pleasant. I received wonderful customer service and got to enjoy a clean, enjoyable atmosphere...then Warren sold out to Regal. The movie-going experience since then has plummeted significantly. The theater is always trashed, the employees hate their jobs, and Regal shoves their advertising down my throat. I honestly do not know why Warren's name is even on the building. The quality of entertainment and service after Regal's takeover is the reason I am giving a single star. If there was an option for a half-star, I would generously give them that. Now, I have no doubt that the employees hired are good people, but just this past week I had a bad experience, once again. I went to go see "It Chapter 2" in the screening room. The screening room is quality, I will give them that...however, towards the end of the previews, there was a young teenage couple seated right next to me sharing the same seat, making out, and being obnoxious and loud. They clearly were not in the right seats because they moved from the middle of the theater to the top corner so they would not be seen as easily. They were also not even of age to see the rated R movie. My sweet lady friend went to go inform an employee of the situation occurring next to us, so we patiently waited for someone to come say something to the teenagers about being too loud and being on top of each other. Around the 30 minute mark, I lost all hope of any employee coming to do anything about the situation. I know that it's not a big deal, but someone could have came and said SOMETHING to the teenagers about their demeanor. Sorry, "disrespectful" demeanor. To have to sit through a 2 hour and 49 minute movie with this going on next to me the entire time was very disappointing and upsetting. Regal needs to get their act together and do something for customers. They're lucky they have good popcorn or else I would not be returning to this establishment. The Director's Suite is romantic and intimate. Service within the suite is great; it was quick, cordial, and they didn't interrupt important parts of the movie with orders. Overall, the theatre is clean, seats are comfy and well maintained, and the prices are reasonable for the quality offered. read more

I might be over reacting but this is sooooo COOL! This is my first time going to a movie theater that has an automatic reclining chair with SEAT WARMERS! You can buy not only popcorn but food such as chicken wings, burgers, hot dogs, fries, etc. I'm from a small city that has your basic seats, so no judging needed they do have assigned seats which was weird at first but it's okay since there is a great amount of space between you and the person next to you. We paid $14.00 for the ticket but it was well worth it! read more

My review of the Moore Warren Theatre can be summed up in one word: amazing! I went here with my husband and some friends on Christmas night to see "True Grit," and I could not believe how nice the theater was. We had balcony seating, with big, comfortable seats and tray tables. Waitresses come around and you can order all kinds of food and drinks (alcoholic and non-), even during the movie. We really enjoyed it! My friend's husband commented that he had been here four times to see "Avatar" in 3D, and even though the movie we saw wasn't 3D, I can definitely see why! Tickets for balcony seating are $18, but it is worth it. If I am ever back in the OKC area, I would love to see another movie here. read more
