What happened to the menu for the director's suite and balcony?? We went to the director's suite this evening and were greeted with new menus and very little choice. We used to love going to the Warren and having dinner while we ate. There were choices like fish and chips, fish tacos, different types of sandwiches, etc. The menu now is nothing but pizza, burgers, wings and a few appetizers. It's your basic gas station food. It did not feel nearly as special trying to decide from a burger or wings for dinner. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because we had a great server and I noticed she was the only one taking orders. There used to be several servers taking orders in the suite. Please please please bring back the old menu, the new menu is horrendous and overpriced! read more

This was my favorite theater but since it became a Regal cinema chain it has declined. The atmosphere is the same. The art deco murals are beautiful. Sadly, they seem to be chronically short staffed. If you want popcorn be ready to stand in line for at least 30 minutes. At the very least. The employees are working hard but when most of the registers are closed and 3 people are trying to take care of the 75 people in line... it's a disaster. read more

The worst movie theater ever. A clown show. Ignorant staff. Stupid employees. I will never ever visit this theater again. I went to see the movie listed on my phone as 6:00 show time. The kiosk at the theater said the movie was at 7:00. I complained to the staff and manager and they said don't trust the showtimes on my phone. You have to come to the theater to verify showtimes. I showed up at 7:00, and they told me the kiosk self serve ticket was wrong and the movie was actually at 6:00 and I missed it. Just awful. A horrible experience. So stupid. We absolutely love coming here to watch movies! The facility is always clean and well kept. The staff is always kind and helpful. We especially love that we can order our movie tickets online and then scan in at the entrance to the theatres so it makes the process so quick and smooth. read more

Comparing to what the Warren was before Regal purchased it, I would be required to give it two stars! Dirty bathrooms, long lines at concession, smaller concessions never open, dirty seats, ads before movies, terrible website and dirty 3D glasses. I have found that as soon as a place can't keep the neon on the outside working properly, it's only downhill from there! read more

Waited about 5mins in line. Same cashier called me up, gave me a student discount even though I'm a student in another state so that made up for skipping me. Seating: awesome!! This used to be my favorite place to go to the movies, the balcony at the Warren in Moore. Now that Regal has purchased this theatre and made many changes, we will not make this long drive again. Discounts are no longer given to students, seniors or military. No discounts! Menu changes are mostly negative. I understand they want a Pub menu. In stead of improving on a good thing, most items were removed. The only less calorie items is a black bean burger. Turkey Burger, Veggie Burger, and Turkey Sandwich all gone! No fat dressing gone! Great drinks and desserts gone! Replaced with tiny drinks and milkshakes. Sound goes up and down. Not consistent. Really booming loud and then barely audible! Clearly, I'm a fan of this place. For me, the screening rooms are my fav. Intimate, with reclining chairs and the screen seems bigger than the directors suite. They have several viewing options. Screening rooms, grand stadium, balcony seating, IMAX and directors suite. Very clean, friendly staff and the diner has good menu options as well. The concessions are nice, and upstairs there is a bar with some pretty yummy drinks. You have to come to this theatre at least once. read more

I've been coming to the Moore Warren since it opened, and it has remained my favorite place to catch a movie. Now that they have an IMAX, there is never any doubt in my mind where I want to watch the latest blockbuster. The place is always clean, the screens large, and experience amazing. Assigned seating is an added bonus, allowing you to avoid those hours long lines on opening day! I went to see the second IT movie with my horror-film loving daughter and I drove 50 minutes (she drove 20) just to go to what was once my favorite theater, the Warren. We wanted the directors suite so we could eat dinner and have a beer. I used to love the fresh hot popcorn loaded with all the free toppings! Well, not anymore! Not only was the theater filthy, the service sucked (couldn't figure out military discount or tax-exempt), but the popcorn was stale and they've started charging $1.50 for one flavor of popcorn topping. The red beer set me back $8 and my daughters buffalo wings were cold. The service in the directors suite was untrained as well. She kept walking right in front of everyone DURING THE FREAKIN FILM! I literally had to ask her to move. Bottom line is everything that made the Warren a really special movie experience has been taken away. Go someplace else, anyplace but a Regal theater. Penn Square Mall is going to be getting my business now on. read more

I love this theater. The seats are really comfortable and the versatility for viewing, drinking, and dining is pretty amazing for a movie theatre. The entire place is decorated with really wonderful movie themed Art Deco artwork and the the theaters are always clean. Depending on which showing you choose, you can find one that is 21+ if you'd rather not be around kids... The concession stand popcorn seasoning station and straw dispenser area can get pretty messy, and some of the workers seem like they'd rather be elsewhere. I'm not in love with the Warren theater neon clocks they have in each theater-- I find them really distracting, particularly when I'm watching something in 3D because of the polarized glasses. I wish they could dim them but I bet they were some donor gift before the theatre went corporate. Who knows, but I really do like seeing movies here. read more

My boyfriend and I live very close to the Warren but would choose to travel to this theater even if we didn't. This theater has consistently provided a wonderful movie experience since we started going there several years ago. Inside, it is always clean. The bathrooms are always picked up. The theaters themselves don't have that questionable smell most theaters have (you know what I'm talking about). The employees have always been friendly enough. The screen is what is so great about this theater. It is impeccable! There is a noticeable positive difference compared to other movie theaters we have been to. Not to mention, the sound system is great too. My favorite thing about the Warren is all of the different options: IMAX, Balcony, Grand auditorium, Director's Suite, Screening Room and the standard auditorium. Personally, the Screening Room is the best option and worth the extra $$. The seats recline, they're heated and the overall experience is amped up- love it! Recently, they have been taken over by "Regal". Honestly, we are a little nervous because this company doesn't have the best reputation and have been known to care more for quantity, rather than quality. However, we are not ruling them out! We are hopeful the Warren Theater continues to be our favorite movie spot. read more

Growing up in the Moore/Norman area, I have been going to the Warren since it opened. Unfortunately what was once a beautiful, unique movie experience has turned into a subpar one. The Warren, while more expensive than other theaters, used to be the cleanest theater I'd ever been to. Since being taken over by Regal the theater is noticeably dirtier with popcorn having been smushed into the carpet like you see in other Regal establishments. The ticket lines have gotten slower and the self service kiosks have been broken more times than not. The Warren used to start lines for big releases thirty minutes before the show started, Regal doesn't have time to do this apparently and just recommends arriving 45 minutes before the show starts. They also do the typical Regal thing where they play ads and "insider info" before each show. The volume level is usually way too high and you can't talk with the people you came to the movies with without shouting! The Warren also used to be fairly cold and you pretty much knew you needed a jacket but the past couple of months it has been too hot and uncomfortable. All of these grievances are probably par for the course at regular movie theaters but when you grew up going to "The Warren" which was clean, comfortable, and overly accommodating - the lower standards really disappoint. UPDATE: They've changed the food in the diner and upstairs area to a new "streamlined" menu... its no where near as good. Basically since the food changed I have almost completely stopped going to this theatre. Which is sad because it used to be THE theatre to go to. It's gone downhill so much since it was sold to Regal. I wish Mr. Warren would buy it back. UPDATED UPDATE: I don't know why I keep coming back. The service has gone down hill. The popcorn is ALWAYS stale and never hot. The butter is not behind the counter which in theory is great (you control your butter!) however, you can only put butter on the top of your popcorn and therefore only the top quarter of your popcorn tastes decent. I asked for an empty bag to pour my popcorn in so I could mix the popcorn and butter up and was rudely told they couldn't do that by a manager. The lines at the concession stand do not move quickly and everyone behind the counter seems upset. Now that there's an AMC in Norman that has the same services, I don't see a reason to trek to Moore. This is saddening since I grew up coming to this theater. I wish Warren wouldn't have sold it. read more

This used to be my favorite theater when it was still the original Warren. The prices have gone up and the maintenance and employee service has gone down. The seats are always dirty when we go and most of the time the ladies' bathroom is full of used towels on the counter. I miss the days of feeling like this was a special treat with the employees decked out in nice uniforms and when they had a more professional manner. Even when we go upstairs, it feels like we are a burden or being shuffled to our seats like cattle and we bore them. Additionally, the last few times we ordered the quesadilla it had been like empty and the tots/mozzarella sticks are covered in grease like they took a bath. We just stick to popcorn, drinks, and milkshakes now. Maybe they will get owned by someone else someday..who knows. We aren't afraid to go to other local theaters for movies, sometimes the prices/surroundings are not worth it when you go for your average movie. read more

We go to the movies a ton! I do love the atmosphere here at the Warren. They changed the menu at the diner recently and that made me so sad! The menu used to be so good! We loved grabbing food before and bringing it in the movie and it always felt fair priced for what you got. Now, it so below average. Bland. The bottom line is, we want our old menu back! Otherwise, the theater is normally clean. The bathrooms sometimes struggle. With all this said, I love the rewards option now and we love coming to the movies. Wow has this place deteriorated since Warren sold it! Bathrooms were filthy, staff looked like bums, and most of the concessions were closed. We reserved a pair of seats in the director's suite. When they showed us to the seats, one was just a plastic chair from the lobby! $22 for a plastic chair?! Seriously?!?! After talking to several levels of staff members, the manager (who looked like they had dragged him from an alley and put him in a dirty suite that was three times too big for him) finally approved our refund. Since we made the reservation online, we were not refunded the online processing fee. Moore really got screwed on this one! They built a palace then sold it to slumlords. So sad! read more

This place is so different than any other theatre experience you'd get in Oklahoma City area that it's hard not to be a fan. To go someplace and spend a load of money and feel like you got your money's worth is hard to find. I was able to buy my tickets on line on their website 3 days before the movie we wanted to see. Oh, and I was able to get reserved seating. What a treat. Why hasn't someone done this before? It seemed to cut down on people standing around looking for seats. They may have an usher who can guide you, but we got into the theatre pretty early and had no trouble finding our seats. As we were going to a "regular" screen we decided to try dinner at the Diner. I got the angus hot dog. I'd had it before and it was the best dog I'd ever had. They don't just put it on a roller to heat it up, this is either cooked on a flat top or a fryer. It's crispy and tasty. They also don't use a regular hot dog bun, but something tasty. Might of been an egg bun, menu didn't say. So for my $8+ (cheaper with no side) I got a plain hot dog on a bun and a side. Cheese and chili are extra. Condiments on the table. I got the red potato salad as my side. The diner has a separate entrance if you just want to eat there, but it also has an entry and exit directly into the main theatre space. My hot dog was still tasty as I remember, but I wished I had been asked by the order staff if I wanted to add chili, cheese, onions to my dog. It would of upped the price about $4, but I do like onions on my dog. My posse both got different burgers with fries and said they were good. Drinks are the same size and price as the theatre dinner so get your drink here and you can refill it before you go into your show. If you want to take your meal to the show, I suggest you figure that into your time frame as it appeared many people have that idea and the line for the order taking was long, much like at the concession stand. Also, any food that you order at the dinner you can take with you into the show to eat. Score! The dinner was clean, welcoming and well staffed. They also have ice cream treats for you. It's like a 1950's diner. If you get popcorn at the concession stand and ask for butter, they fill 1/2 the container add butter and then fill it up with popcorn and add more butter. Why isn't this done everywhere? I love going to movies at the Warren Moore. I am not a big movie goer, maybe 2 times a year, but this place is always my 1st choice. It's not *the* best movie theater of all time (sorry, it's Alamo Drafthouse in my books), but I have become a huge fan of the Warren experience and think it's the best theater brand in Oklahoma. Even though it's a bit of a drive for us, and there are several other movie theaters that are closer, we still think it's worth coming here because it's always more enjoyable. Part of the reason that this will never compare to Alamo is because you have to fork over $18 for a balcony seat to get food service. We've done the cheap route of buying food at the cafe and bringing it with us to the regular seats (which they allow you to do), but it's not quite the same as having your own server for the movie. I do appreciate food offerings other than the typical popcorn and candy (though they have those as well). We splurged on seats in the Director's Suite once, and that was really cool. You get the personalized food service like you do on the Balcony, plus your own reclining seat and a more intimate movie experience because it's in a smaller room. If we had the budget to do it every time, we would! If you have the budget to try it once, I highly recommend it. The quality of the movies in terms of pictures and sound in all theaters has always been amazing, especially in the IMAX theater. Service is also always top notch. The seats are very comfortable and spacious enough that I don't feel like I'm sitting on top of the person next to me. I like the upscale decor (even if cheesy at times) and unique atmosphere that's provided here. After experiences with other theaters, I've also come to appreciate the little things like well-maintained restrooms. It really does stand out from a "typical" movie theater. With the news of the transition to Regal ownership, I really hope this place doesn't start to go downhill. It's a gem! read more

One of the best, most affordable theaters in Oklahoma. I've never had an issue with the picture/sound quality or cleanliness. Staff are usually pretty nice although I've ran into some grumpy ones, no biggie. I think it's the directors room or whatever it's called with the heated seats that recline that make this place so amazing. It's not too much more than the normal price and it makes the movie so much better. I've also seen one movie upstairs for the 21 and older crew and that was alright. Everything is overpriced and seats are okay so I probably won't do that again. Overall, this remains my favorite spot so far. read more

This is my absolute favorite place to go to movies. We don't go often, but it's worth the drive from OKC. We've only sat in the regular theater, not the director's suite or balcony or anything but have always had a great experience. The seats are roomy and rock back a bit so you're not straining your neck no matter where you sit. The floors are clean and not sticky with residue from prior visitors. Once you've experienced the Warren, you'll never be able to go to another "normal" movie theater again. You'll be ruined. Absolutely ruined. The theater is grand. There's not many things I call "grand," but the Warren is definitely one of them. There are two floors - the downstairs being for normal patrons, the upstairs area has a bar and restaurant area, along with the special Directors Suites and Balcony. And everyone is in a tux complete with gloves. So fanceh. For adults (21+): Their upstairs area is REALLY nice. If you're going to come to The Warren to see a movie and you're over 21, I highly recommend skipping the families-with-kids-crowds and spend the few extra dollars and experience the Balcony or the Directors Suites. Their bar/restaurant area is gorgeous as well. The food is the exact same food they serve in the restaurant downstairs, so nothing special up there. You can also order anything that you can get downstairs at the concession stands at your seat like popcorn and soda. Little known fun fact about "Upstairs?" You can go up there even if you're not watching a movie. So you could just go up for dinner and drinks, or, if you're like me, introvert in the lobby/hang out room by the Directors Suites. It's a cute little area with comfy chairs, tables, and even a fireplace. They play popular movie themes in the background, which gives it a lovely ambience. They don't have wifi, but I've gone up several times, grabbed a drink, then made my way to the seating area to work on my laptop. For families: The Grand Auditorium is their largest theater, and they've recently opened "Screening Rooms." These Screening Rooms are much like the Directors Suites and are a good alternative if you *have* to drag the kids along with you. read more

We had reserved seats for a 1st day showing of a popular Disney movie! Theater was very clean, attendants were friendly! Our tickets were booked on-line but somehow our seating arrangement changed and we were not seated in the same row or the same area! When this was questioned the management fixed the problem! We did get up front seats instead of the preferred middle rows but at least we were all together! I typically really like the Warren Theater. Tonight we drove down 35 minutes to watch Passengers at 10:40. The doors are locked. And a security guard is like "nope. They had computer problems." So... After over a year of At home only box office movie experiences today was reopening day for The Warren Theater Moore Oklahoma. Not the best experience either. Theater was rather chaotic. Everything is digital now, first for me so I was clueless as to where to go and what I needed to do. No signs anywhere and the employees treated you like you are dumb. Rude employees and ever ruder customers. Most importantly and unbelievably I've never seen one place during the covid pandemic have so many customers without face masks on. You would think a multimillion dollar company like regal being so close to bankruptcy and being obsolete thanks to at home online streaming services and at home movie premieres they would take it a little more seriously... read more

I love this movie theatre but it has gone down since Regal took over. We love being able to get tickets upstairs in the balcony and in the 21+ suites, so that we don't have to worry about being around children. However it seems that every other time we are upstairs, something gets forgotten. Either a drink or a food item never gets delivered. I was able to finally view showtimes in time for a Saturday morning visit. Management mentioned that Regal is not updating the web pages before the weekend in a timely manner, so don't blame The Warren! Now for the great news. The Warren Moore is excellent. While white gloves are not part of the outfit, the sharp tailored appearance of the hosts and hostesses of the Warren look dazzling. Warren mints are in abundance at the ticket check location. Plenty of servers were working at the refreshment counter. The fireplace waiting area is as warm and inviting as ever. Bathrooms were spotless with plenty of paper supplies and soap. Everything neat and tidy. The Diner, Bar and Restaurant are operational. A quick scan of the Diner menu indicates the same great choices. All this, and you get Regal points if you sign up. So what is different? If you arrived in the theater several minutes before showtime, you may not notice. Advertisement on the screen has been added by Regal before a show. However, they stop the ads and lower the curtain so the verbal announcement and curtain rise takes place just as before. Sure I miss the Warren Theater introduction film, but Regal gives you a rollercoaster ride as they do in all their theaters nationwide. No big deal. Sound levels and picture quality are the same. My only suggestion would be for brighter projection with 3D films in their standard theaters. Many are spoiled by brighter 3D images at home, so keep that in mind as you select what show to attend. Relax and enjoy the soft cushiony comfort that is a standard with a Warren Theater. The newer Regal conversions with stiff recliners is NOT the case here.
