Didn't let me in for an R rated movie even with a guardian and didn't want to refund me i had to dispute the charge on my card. Horrible place if i could rate 0 stars i would or even Negative stars

Hmmm visited on a Sunday afternoon for a showing at 1:20pm. Theater was super empty. The theater is old, no frills and no thrills. The seats are old, dusty & dirty looking. Sound in theater 7 wasn't the best as I heard sounds coming from the next theater. Concession was ok I guess, I got nachos and cheese (nachos were already out of the bag which I wasn't crazy about) & a slushee. The older guy in the front taking the tickets was the only happy & friendly staff in the place.

Totally worth it. They have a free large parking and the theater is nice inside. Good vibe. We watched Cabrini. Clean rooms, comfortable seats.

I am a fellow Brooklynite and this is my first time visiting this theater. I must say I really enjoyed this theater and movie. I purchased mystery movie Monday tickets for $5 and saw the movie MISSING before it premieres in theaters in about 2 weeks. Movie time was 7pm and my husband and I got there around 6:30pm. We ordered a large popcorn (we had a free upgrade) a large water, Large Pepsi and a hot dog total was 26 and some change and I gave the remaining change to some sort of charity so my total was 27 (you know theaters and their food prices ). The theater was not to big which I enjoyed, clean, and there was a great crowd watching with us. I will definitely be back in the near future. My reason for 4 stars is because I had to wait over 20 minutes for my single hot dog. Next time I'll just time myself better

Last week, I went to see the Godzilla movie. Ordered some food and it took 20 minutes. The dude in the picture had a useless mesh cap on his head. He was constantly itching his scalp and touching the food. I was highly disgusted and he moves sooo slow that made it 100% worse !!!!

I usually go to Alamo Drafthouse, but…read morewe decided to try something new--and unfortunately, it was a pretty disappointing experience. The staff came across as nonchalant and not very engaged, which set the tone right away. The food didn't help either--the spicy tuna was completely flavorless, not crispy and the drinks were underwhelming. We also weren't told ahead of time that you have to pick up your food and drinks yourself, which was surprising since we're used to full service at your seat. On the positive side, the popcorn and truffle fries were decent, but everything else fell short. The seats were just okay--not particularly comfortable. The bathroom situation was also frustrating--it's located upstairs near the restaurant and wasn't well maintained. There were no paper towels, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Overall, this felt like a subpar experience, and I won't be returning. My cousin mentioned the New Jersey location is much better, so maybe it's just this one--but based on this visit, I wouldn't recommend it.

I went to iPic this past Monday to see the Michael movie. I was mostly there for the "dinner" part…read moreof the "dinner and a movie" promise. The setup was exciting - having my own private booth made me feel like i was experiencing something luxurious. Then, the menu arrived. Our waitress hit us with the news that most of the menu was unavailable because they had run out of... well, almost everything. It's hard to stay excited about a premium experience when you're basically forced into a "leftovers" draft pick of things you wouldn't normally order. Guava Fresca: Actually pretty good! It's zero-proof and gave off a solid spritzer vibe. If only the food kept that same energy. The "Shareables": We went with the buffalo wings and the coconut shrimp. The shrimp were surprisingly large, but they showed up without any sauce. Both were fine, I guess? Very generic food court vibes and unmemorable unmemorable. Fish & Chips: The chips (fries) were the best part of the meal, which is saying something. The fish had a weird sweetness to it, and the cocktail sauce was aggressively heavy on the cilantro. I'm usually a fan of cilantro, but here it just felt like it was lost and out of place. Also the fish was covered in bread crumbs and not a traditional batter. Lobster Roll: This was the biggest heartbreaker. It was generic, bland, and lacked any real flavor. If you're going to charge theater-premium prices for lobster, it should probably taste like something. It's disheartening to pay for a "luxury" experience only to be told you can't have 70% of what's on the menu. I would've had a much better time if I could've actually eaten what I came for. Sadly, I don't think I'll be back unfortunately

It's been on…read moremy list forever, but I go to the movies at most twice a year and there are no Alamo Drafthouses in New Orleans for some reason. Mainly, I love a movie theater with strict rules (even if you have to rat people out for them to be enforced, but I'll get to that). I also love having food and drinks served to me in a theater, literally the best! I saw The Odyssey here with friends and it was a good experience. I love reserving seats ahead of time so that I know what I can expect. There were only front row seats but even in a movie with tons of action, it wasn't that bad (even if not ideal). The food ordering system is easy enough but I doubt I'd order food here again. If you have any specifications or requests for side items, they will likely not make it to you and here's no way to say, "Hey you forgot my side of marinara sauce" without making a big production out of it. So my side never did arrive nor did my friend's even though the server told each of us on separate occasions that our side would be coming out. My pizza was edible (mushroom/arugula) and appreciate the vegan options, but other than popcorn, I'm not sure ordering food is worth it unless you're desperately hungry (I hadn't eaten all day so that was my situation). A note on the snitch policy. They let you know at the beginning that you should text staff if someone is violating the no talking or texting rules. But hello, if that person is sitting close to you, they're going to know who the snitch bitch was. Other than that, a good movie experience and I love having the option to order a glass of wine to my seat. It's just one of life's little pleasures, movies, wine and popcorn.

We were so glad they updated the seats in this theater! It was a weekend morning but the lines were still very long for concessions! If the previews weren't so long, we would have missed part of the movie. My friend ordered our concessions via the app instead of waiting in the line but it still took some time.

First, I will say that we purchased our tickets ahead of time to ensure we got the seats we wanted. We got them about 2-3 days beforehand, and it made everything a lot easier. When we arrived, we immediately got into the concession line as we knew we wanted to grab popcorn and some additional snacks. Because we hadn't eaten dinner yet, we also chose to get a pizza to share along with an Icee drink. These two items + a large popcorn cost us about $40 (oof!). So be prepared to spend if you want to snack while you're here. What we wish we would've known before arriving is that you can order your concession snacks via an app! We saw people walking in and going immediately to the "hot food ready" spot where they told the person their number and walked away with their pre-prepared snacks. Had we known this, we could've saved about 20 minutes of standing in line! This is a GREAT tip to remember, y'all! After getting our snacks, we made our way into the theater. Both my husband and I were in awe of the seats!!! All of them had personal "tables" that swiveled, allowing you to get into your seat then pull the little table in front of you so you can comfortably eat your snacks. The cup holders were massive AND, most importantly, ALL seats reclined back to a relaxing position! Not to worry, the row of seats in front of you is so low that when you recline back, you'll still be able to see the entire screen with nothing blocking it. Additionally, the isles of seats were pretty spacious. I got up mid-movie and had very little trouble getting out of my seated row, even with everyone reclined back with their feet up. Also, I wanted to note that they don't have a human that you purchase tickets from - you ca either but them online ahead of time (like we did) or you can purchase them at a kiosk when you first arrive. They do have a customer service desk if you need some help, but just keep this in mind. We live pretty close to this movie theater and look forward to seeing more movies here in the coming months!

The baseline infrastructure here is already elite--the theater layout is pristine, parking is remarkably easy when parking in the "unofficial lot"! The staff operates with a level of helpful efficiency you rarely see at a massive multiplex. What sets this place apart is how aggressively they continue to improve on the user experience. They've recently introduced a dedicated heating lamp area for their kitchen items, a brilliant shift that completely eliminates the dreaded 5-to-15-minute lobby wait for hot food. You can grab your order and head straight to the register. If you book the RPX experience, the setup is flawless. In addition to the heavy-duty attachable trays that pull directly in front of you, which is a great feature, you the get the massive, plush luxury recliners. It completely changes the game, allowing you to securely set up a full spread--which, at this location, means stepping way past standard popcorn into an actual menu of salads, premium wraps, sandwiches, and ice-cold beer. It's great way to enjoy a movie. This place was awesome from day one, and it's only getting better. The Atmosphere & Comfort (5/5): Top-tier cinema luxury. The RPX auditorium is immaculately maintained, and the integration of the personal food trays with the luxury recliners should be mandatory for all modern theaters. Food & Logistics (4.5/5): The new heating lamp system is a massive quality-of-life upgrade that respects the viewer's time. Having quick, immediate access to a diverse menu makes the concessions line genuinely worth it.
