Really great theater inside, screens are nice, and everything is new. Part of the experience though is logistical: parking your car. And this theater's parking availability is....not good. They don't have their own lot, so you have to find a spot in a couple of nearby municipal lots, which are all tiny, and share space with patrons of the nearby restaurants. I'd recommend arriving a whole extra 45 minutes to an hour before your movie, because it may take you that long to find a spot around Lynbrook, without walking five blocks. read more

Took my grandbabies, who was off from school to Regal in Lynbrook to see David, and we had a really nice experience. The theater was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. We signed up for the club membership, and the gentleman who helped us was very kind and patient. He explained everything clearly, made the process easy, and we actually saved money, which was a nice bonus. The seats were cozy, and the sound and picture quality were great. It was a pleasant outing and a great place to enjoy a movie with family. We all had a good time, and I would definitely come back again. read more

I was treated to Regal Lynnrook to see Avatar- Fire and Ash. This theatre is immaculate. I'm very impressed with managements successful efforts to keep such a huge building as clean as it is. A big thumbs up! The staff really did a fine job with presentation of the lobby, concession stand, bathroom, and the theater. Kudos to them all. You can't miss this beautiful theatre driving by, it's lit up with beautiful colors with it's aesthetic, of course, movie posters outside and all throughout the building. You walk in and turn to your right, anyone can use the kiosks to scan and retrieve your tickets. They have done great improvements with keeping up to date with efficiency. You not only retrieve your tickets from the kiosk, but you make your order for snacks, drinks, and food. They have mastered the concept of killing two birds with one stone. Thinking.. that phrase sounds harsh when you visualize it. After you leave the kiosk you go to the concession stand wait on line, if there is a line. Speaking to the attendant, inform them that you ordered via the kiosk, or you make an order in person. We had one large bucket of popcorn, two large drinks, one nacho bacon, cheese, Cajun fries, and one mozzarella cheese sticks. What left me in awe? The attendant gave extra smaller cups to share the sodas and small takeout trays to share the popcorn. I'm giving a standing ovation, that gesture cealed the deal. There is an up escalator and a down escalator along with an elevator. We took an escalator ride two floors up while observing this spotless theatre and the many different posters on the walls. Getting off at the top floor entering theatre numbered 12, the entire theatre was beautiful. I'm smiling because I've never seen anything like it. I was mesmerized. The seats are beautifully intact, no rips in the seat., there's a tray. Picture your desk in elementary,middle, or high school. Yaaass that tray. Can you imagine. So they have that tray across the seats. Put your concessions on the tray, put the drink in the drink holder, pull the tray out sit down, pull the tray back towards your lap, recline and enjoy the movie. I'm giving five stars everywhere. All around . Customer service did the dog gone thing! Wait there is more! You can have a party for tiny tots. Yes they have a party room waiting for that occasion. This theatre left such an impression on me, I'm considering to leave Stubb's membership and rejoin Regal. I'm urged to inspire more, and Yelp more! read more

Regal Lynbrook is conveniently located next to literally everything. The movie theater is surround by restaurants , ideal for a dinner and a movie date night. I had the privilege of going with my family on Father's Day, to see Karate Kid Legends. The theater is two floors of standard movies, and the latest feature of Regal RPX. Each theater has stadium seating , equipped with reclining seats and a desk type table. I noticed there was a bar area but never seen it opened. Although, the food and drinks prices are comparable to other theaters about $8.00 for a small drink. They do not have a self service soda machine, which means no refills. There are plenty of staff around and The theater seats and bathroom were clean. Overall, it was an enjoyable day out and like mostly everything in life, good people makes a good time ! read more

So basically i wanted to go to the movies with a few of my close friends. We bought our tickets and such and when the man at the gate scanned our ticket he refused to let us in, mind you i am 17 and thats the age for a rated r movie. We had somebodies mom come in for us and they refused to let our friends cousins in because the worker by the gate claimed they heard us talking about how they are not her real cousin, which is completely false when there is literal family photos of them together. i dont know why this theatre is hiring people who dont know how to accept when they are wrong , we had management come and they didnt side with us even when we tried to show us family photos so her cousin was not able to watch the movie with us which was so sad and the manager was extremely unhelpful and the workers were extremely rude because they think because we are teenagers they think we will be disrespectful but that wasnt the case, not the guy at the front register who brought me my popcorn he was chill. read more

We haven't been to the movies in years, until I found out that The Dark Crystal was playing! The theater was amazing as I walked in. Great options for refreshments. What made it great was that we could just walk in, go to the refreshments counter and pay cash for our tickets. Perhaps if we go back more often, we would use the app to pay for our tickets. This movie theater does not have good customer service. I walked in with pre-purchased tickets from a teacher vendor site . Unlike AMC, who has people who scan your tickets at this movie theater you have to use a kiosk. I was not able to figure out how to print the tickets and asked an employee (manager I was told) who was sitting at the customer service desk for help . Although, I mentioned that I couldn't figure it out. He did not provide assistance. He instead sent me to the concession stand, which had a long line. Mind you, the manager was not assisting anyone, this I would understand. Having to wait at the concession stand delayed me and my family, so we missed the beginning of the movie. I would not recommend anyone to go to this theater. The facility has no parking, it was not very clean (bathrooms). Most importantly the staff is not too helpful. And to make matters worse, as another patron mention, they charge extra fees. My advice is to stick to your local movie theaters or an AMC. read more

Very nice and extremely clean theatre. This is street parking. Appreciated the recliner seats. My husband said he saw a bar that actually served alcohol as soon as we came in through the doors but it seemed to be closed. Our movie was in theatre 1. Nicely guided to it by staff. There were boxes of Welch's fruit gummies next to the ticket checker. Not sure what that was about but I wanted one. Maybe they had hosted a birthday party there. We ended up watching Babygirl and they forgot to shut off the lights when the movie started which made for a very awkward situation since the movie started off with a sex scene off the bat. A lady went out to the front to let them know and the lights were quickly shut right before she even reached her seat back. Heard a lot of sirens through the door of our theatre since there is a hospital close by. Had thought the sirens were partyof the movie at least twice. Appreciated the pretty Christmas tree outside before walking in to see the movie. I would definitely visit this theatre again to try their popcorn and snacks. It used to be my favorite but what happened the other day was a no no. They double booked a theatre and stopped the movie and kicked everyone out on their era. Still have not gotten my refund after a full 9 days. This is a total inconvenience and don't try calling. A waste of time. Customers need to understanding how much power we have. Well my experience started out with long wait after paying for my food but was told I would have to wait another 30min for hotdogs. I decided to get something else's but I had to get a refund. My suggestion Is implement it where a person can pay the difference instead of going through that whole process to get a refund. It's time consuming. The process was extremely long. Long enough that I missed the previews and my movie had already started. Not only did I miss the movie but got the wrong order. I ordered a spicy chicken,but was given a cheeseburger ( both was horrible by the way) Any way , the thing that made a difference is the customer service and professional service I received from Mr. John Barrett. Mr. John Barrett was very kind and offer to bring my food to me in the theatre because I had already missed apart of the movie and he didn't want me to miss any more. It took awhile for me to get the food but he apologised and told me it was extremely busy. I want to give credit to Mr. Barrett who was very helpful and professional. He compensated me for all that I had to go through and I truly appreciate him Doing what's right. Mr. Barrett's professional attitude made me take the time to write this review. I pray you hire more people like John because it does make a difference. Customer should be priority not just getting our money. Mr. Barrett showed me that he cared and I appreciate that. We saw Beetlejuice here in October and were annoyed that the concession stand was out of everything we wanted. The theatre was also pretty dirty, but we chalked it up to being unusually busy. Fast forward to this month: we saw Wicked at 9:30pm, which isn't very late, especially since there were two more showings after ours. It was even worse this time. The concession stand was out of almost everything (no chocolate at all!), and the place was filthy--candy ground into the carpet, messy counters, dirty bathrooms, torn seats, and carpets that looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in ages. We've never experienced a theatre completely running out of candy before, and it's happened twice here, which feels like some serious mismanagement is happening. The staff seemed miserable and ignored the mess. It was an overall terrible experience, which is especially disappointing because we waited so long for a new theatre in the neighborhood after the old one was shut down. We were all hoping for something much nicer than this. read more

The staff and service are excellent but certain patrons who are coming to this local theater from afar are rude, loud, obnoxious and really bringing down the moving going experience for those who live in the area. I finally saw a movie in a movie theater after such a long time. The best thing about this theater is it offers a variety of movies in rooms of various sizes. I was in an upstairs room, #7 for a 12:30 viewing of The Shift. It was the first movie playing and the room was clean. The rooms are lighted and easy to identify. I am not a fan of the closeness of the seats, but I supposed this is to maximize revenue. Parking - what parking?? Fortunately, the time I parked was not a peak movie going time, so I found a street spot at a 4 hour space across the street on Merrick. Not bad, but the there are few spots, so I count myself lucky. The food court offers a variety of things to eat in addition to the usual popcorn, candy and soda. So the movie going experience is more interesting. read more

1st time here....definitely won't make it a habit to come here. Saw Bad Boys on Sunday. Entered & the concession is absolutely ridiculous. Not sure how many people was behind the counter but it was too long. Ticket checkin was painless. The women scanning were very friendly. Decided to check the line again 15 minutes later & it was still long. Went to the bathroom......no toilet tissue. Urine on the floor. Like how are people so nasty. Beautiful and super clean movie theater. Concessions is clean and popcorn is so good. They have a full bar inside too in the lobby area. There are so many theaters. Two floors worth of theaters. The reclining seats are so comfortable you could honestly fall asleep in them (lol). Plenty of space in the rows too. Bathrooms are very clean. Escalators and elevators are available if needed. Staff was friendly. Only downside is the parking isn't great- don't have their own specific movie theater lot. Have to park on the street or in a lot a block or two away. Recommend ordering your tickets online and picking your seats ahead of time but you can still go to the theater and do it there if you choose to. I'll definitely be back to this great movie theater for my next movie! read more

I usually really like this particular theatre. Love the seats and cleanliness. Unfortunately, last night I went to see Sarah's Oil which a friend of mine worked on the project. I couldn't wait to see her name in the credits and take a picture in front of the flyer to send to her. I was not able to do so because when asked where the flyer for Sarah's Oil is, I was told by the young lady who checked my tickets, "Oh we took it down because it well, you know?!" I know what? I want to know why a movie that's still playing in this theater is not being promoted throughout the halls like the other movies? My friend checked before I got there and thought maybe she just missed in it passing but it wasn't on either floor and I received a confirmation from the employee. This was very embarrassing and disheartening that my friend has recieved photos from others in different states and areas but I was unable to follow suit. I have been waiting at the unlimited concession line for 20 mins while your workers keep calling customer from regular concession line to step up, deliberately ignoring customers waiting at the unlimited line. Just remove the unlimited line, if you don't plan on giving us better services for being an unlimited member. Theater was clean and comfy. Went on weekday during the late morning so it was not crowded. Concession stand was quick. I just couldn't focus on the movie bc of all prior reviews noting the parking issues and the ticket agents who are quick to issue a ticket. I left the movie 10 minutes before the end due to not wanting to get a ticket as my time had expired. Well I didn't get a ticket and I missed the last few minutes of the movie ‍. It's great to learn valuable lessons when you go to the movies. I'm actually not talking about any messages or symbolism found in a film. No, I'm referring to the actual movie theater experience. Something I learned coming to Regal Lynbrook 13 for the first time is "don't get here at the last minute before the movie is about to start." I mean that's sound advice for anything you do, but being a frequenter of Regal Westbury (and evening Farmingdale and Ronkonkama a bit) I've never been afraid of arriving right in the middle of the trailers as I know I'll be able to find a spot and jump inside quick. Little did I know that Lynrbook's beautiful new building really doesn't hold a parking lot to make this process simple. Okay, it's not like there isn't parking because there is...some...scattered about between the streets, one municipal lot up the road, and the bank parking lot that many went into (though I chose to stay away from that tentatively ticket-worthy ordeal). And I also should've been more sharp with my knowledge as I've passed this theater before, but I guess it never hit me until my buddy and I went to see a flick here on a semi-recent Sunday night. Once we finally found a spot, we had to bolt, getting inside two trailers before the start of the movie. Despite rushing in, I was impressed with the place. I liked the main lobby area and concessions stand as it seemed spacious. The scattered seating (some arm chairs too) was a nice touch. Oh and the bar? Wow. I mean I don't need to have a drink before/during/after a movie, but I can't say it wasn't an intriguing addition that I haven't seen before. The rest of the building felt somewhat new and with a good setup of bathrooms located on both floors and water fountains right next to them (albeit with room temperature water) as well as a digital screen with train/bus/uber times for those on the go. Inside the actual theaters things continued in that niceness realm. The recliner seating had a perfect angle to extend them all the way and still have a good view of the screen while the cup holder and tray portion was a nice touch. Perhaps one blip was the closeness of the seats or something with the recliner gears because when someone pushed a button, a lot of rubbing leather and squeaky noises could be heard. Luckily, people only repositioned themselves a couple of times, but it's something to be aware of for the future. Overall, Regal Lynbrook is a beautiful theater, it really is. It's setup is definitely nicer than Farmingdale and Ronkonkoma with a close battle between here and Westbury (honestly Lynbrook might be nicer). Though for me, it all comes back to the parking. I've made it part of my personal Yelp beliefs to not judge most spots on any problematic parking, but for a movie theater, I think it's essential they have one. Hey, I'm still going with four stars for the place, but you won't see me back unless the timing doesn't work at Westbury (this was the only reason we actually came to Lynbrook in the first place). Oh, and if/when I return, I'll make sure to get here early...very early. read more

This theater is pretty new and only opened in 2018, compared to the other theater nearby AMC in Rockville Centre, this one's much better. The AMC doesn't even have recliners. read more

We got stuck near JFK overnight and we needed to buy some time so we caught a movie at this cinema. We were reassured by the large crowd and to our delight, it was a nice theater. The sound quality was excellent, the seats fully reclined, and the theater was nice and clean. We tried the Cheetos popcorn for the first time and to our surprise, it was delicious. All the cheesy goodness of Cheetos was combined with cheese flavored popcorn. This was a win for me. read more

First time visiting this movie theater and I must say I am quite impressed with the service there. All the team members I encountered were friendly and helpful. I've never been to a movie theater where the staff looks happy, actually thank you for visiting and wish you a good day. Cons: Finding parking in Lynbrook is like trying to find a needle in a haystack- almost impossible! The parking you will find is metered. $.25 per 30 minutes. Pros: you can pre buy your tickets and select your seat online. The chairs are super comfy- the reclining Type with a mini table attached to it. This location sells beer! Popular brands like Heineken, Stella, Modelo etcetera. Two adult tickets cost $31, which if you watch movies at the AMC theaters - the price is similar (I am a Premiere member with AMC) I got better value for my money at this Regal. PLUS they sell beer!! The food menu looked good too but I didn't get anything fancy. I tried the flaming hot Cheetos popcorn- I love spicy so I don't find this spicy at all. Will definitely return and recommend to others. Great theater in my opinion, the seats are adjustable and very comfortable. I've never had any issues when it came to this movie theater the workers there are very kind and respectful, which my friends and I enjoy anytime we go out to enjoy a movie. The popcorn is always delightful with nice authentic butter. The lines are always moving fast even when they are long. The bathrooms are kept nice and clean. Was never really a movie person, however, when I want to watch a movie I always come to this movie theater. It's great to be able to order snacks and relax while watching a movie and with the app I can get reward points to watch a free movie. Inside the theater itself feels as if you are staying inside an actual living room with reclining chairs in the theaters is also comfortable like a nice leather cloud. The neighborhood is also very safe with many places to eat after watching a movie. You would definitely want to come back here after your first time visiting. read more
