Not only are my nails crookedly shaped, the design is crooked, the color doesn't go to the cuticle. I asked for her to please go to my cuticle, she did on one hand, so now one of my nails look like they need to be done (when I left!) My nails are grasping my hair as I do anything with them. It was done by an elderly woman with glasses and she did the WORST manicure I've ever had. She shaped my nails unevenly. The polish was uneven and she didn't even do a base polish. I don't think she put down a clean towel either. She didn't remove all the paraffin and didn't have me wash my hands prior to polishing. I said something about the polish looking a bit uneven, and she said it was because they just took off my acrylic nails. I would've asked her to redo them after examining them and realizing they were done so poorly (streaks, polish not reaching the tips of nails, and bubbles) , but she promptly left me and never returned, not even to tell me when my nails should be dry. Horrible manicure experience! I returned home and repolished them (luckily I brought my own OPI polish with me, which was brand new) and they looked perfect, so being uneven because of acrylic removal was totally bogus!
